The journey to the barstool I ended up on today, was long for me. I had been missing home & the comforts that brings. As many of on this journey frequently do.
Today at Urban Crave, I didn't just find a good meal, made to accommodate my gluten free lifestyle, but compassion, kindness, & genuinely good people. When your missing home they have a chair for you, a smile to share, & the fresh cup of coffee didn't hurt. To Chantalle, (I sincerely hope ive spelt your name correctly) & the team. Thank you for all that you do. I'll light a candle when I arrive as well.
Cheers,
Chad.
Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. The host was nice but that was the apex of my experience. The server came to me ONCE for my drink order & that was the only time she came up to me. I wanted more than one beer & she never came up to me or checked in on me. Be prepared to advocate for your self because everyone in my section had to go up & ask for the bill. Worst service ever & you should definitely move on & not waste your time here. Also be prepared to SMASH the no tip button. Hope you read this & you avoid this crap hop of a restaurant
My daughter & I stopped by here for lunch before our flight. Seating was fast. The waitress was very friendly & professional. Was happy to bring me hot water so I was able to make my own herbal tea. I had the REINA WRAP which was very good actually, although I wish I had remembered to ask them to hold the jalapeno, but that was on me. My daughter had the HOT OFF THE PRESS PANINI with a side of onion rings. She said it was also very good. It was very busy & the waitress was run off her feet, but continued to smile!
The person ignored us while we waited outside the restaurant to be seated. While they took orders & told us to wait a few more minutes. The service was VERY poor.
False advertising!!! Bought a pint of Stella Artois ( 16 oz as advertised) & received a 11.33oz or 33cl, as written on the glass). When I ask the server where was the rest jokingly, they replied that the ownerhas been told repeatedly & refused to change it. IMO, 30% less beer on a 14.99$ pint ( supposably) is stealing ... especially if you know about it.
Bty, service was great & everything else is fine at this location other than...yhe owner is a crook ;)
Very kind & friendly service! The lady & gentleman working were both awesome.
Ate poutine here on a layover. Our server was delightful & so easygoing. She was prompt in serving water, taking our order & bringing the food out.
The fries looks hand cut & not the frozen kind. Gravy was tasty & the cheese was generous.
Highly recommend for your next poutine fix!
Not worth the price
Service is mid, food is greasy, not even able to put butter on the toast.
30$ for a little plate
Would love to rate the food. But actually can't. Tried to go for breakfast & stood outside the restaurant for 20minutes & made contact with servers multiple times only to be totally ignored. Decided to circle back for lunch & try it out. waited 10 minutes then server comes over guess what they're not ready for food service……… waste of time to even try.
This is for the one by Gate A5…. Can't speak for the other one
Service was a bit abrupt for my liking. She seemed polite enough to the other clients, but I felt like she was trying to rush me out. She wasn't specifically rude or anything but I wouldn't say she made any effort. Didn't ask if I wanted a drink (like even coffee). If they have a drink menu, I wasn't offered it. It wasn't busy either. She didn't check up on me or ask how it was. She just left the bill on the table & told me to pay at the counter.
Avocado toast was decent, well presented. Better with extra side sausage, which wasn't bad even though it looked sad.
