Not sure why so many low reviews. I stopped here while waiting for my flight near gate 6 domestic & sat at the bar. The waitress was very friendly, I never felt rushed & she topped off my water very promptly. After taking my order we were both surprised at how fast the poutine was ready. We both audibly wow'd haha. Probably like 3 minutes & I was eating. It wasn't cold & tasted fine. I mean sure, the portion was fairly small, expensive & the quality was just okay. But for an airport poutine it was pretty decent! $15 for a Stella Artois & $12 for a labatte bleue is robbery though, & the wooden chairs are not very comfortable. Hence the 4 star. Urban Crave offers delicious food at YUL Airport. Portions are decently sized & service is alright. Prices..... well... it's what you'd expect for an airport; a little bit on the pricey side. Overall, the restaurant reminds me of the meme that I've attached to this review (& fyi, the burger is actually $22.50 but does include a side of potato chips).Voir plus

Had my airport breakfast here. Staff was very friendly for 6am, the chef even made sure I was enjoying my food himself. It's in the airport so prices are what they are. But I will definitely go & enjoy the eggs benny next time I'm through.Voir plus

Very lovely waitress, very fast, cordial & efficient. The concept is kinda funny here: it's basically a diner counter that claims to do international street food, but in reality it's classic burgers & sandwiches with some samosas & korean fried chicken. I had the breakfast so I can't say how their international cuisine tastes. The breakfast was fine though, nothing special & a bit pricey, but this is an airport diner we're talking about. One funny thing was how expensive their drink menu was. Easily the most expensive beers in the domestic terminal.They sell Archibald pints marked up 50% from what Archibald sells them for in the same terminal. Not highway robbery, but i think they are relying on the fact they're the only place to grab a drink that far down the domestic departures. One thing I noticed & see repeated here in other reviews is that the place isn't really managed...like, at all. I tried to use a dragonpass coupon that wasn't working, & there was no manager there to assist. The waitress helped me best she could, but she was very clearly alone & without assistance or guidance. Angela (angie) is absolutely Awesome!!! I was recently told that I have a gluten sensitivity & she was so informative of my options & was so comforting. I can see she treats everyone as if they were the only one in the restaurant. I am so thankful for people like her! Thank you Angie!! Keep going with how much you care! Mon expérience au Urban Crave de l'aéroport m'a laissé sur ma faim, tenu de son ouverture à 5h du matin & de ses prix étonnamment élevés. Bien que l'ouverture anticipée soit pratique pour les voyageurs ayant des vols tôt le matin, les tarifs élevés semblaient disproportionnés. Le menu proposait diverses options, mais le coût ne correspondait pas à l'expérience globale de restauration. Sur une note positive, le personnel était efficace & accommodant, assurant un service rapide malgré l'heure matinale. Cependant, l'absence globale d'une expérience culinaire unique n'a pas justifié les prix élevés. (22$ sans taxes & pourboire un MC Muffin/Tim Matin c'est du n'importe quoi?!?) En conclusion, Urban Crave à l'aéroport, malgré son ouverture tôt le matin, pourrait ne pas être le meilleur choix pour ceux recherchant à la fois la rentabilité & une expérience culinaire mémorable. Explorez d'autres options pour profiter au mieux de votre repas pré-vol sans vous ruiner.Voir plus

I ordered a simple bacon cheese burger & it did not disappoint. The meal was great. I was waiting for a flight & wanted a burger. It was cooked quickly & was very tasty. The servers had their hand full so it made the service a little slow but when waiting for flights it wasn't too bad. I definitely recommend this place if you were in the area & are looking for a bite to eat.Voir plus

Had the usual eggs, toast, potatoes, along with some delicious smoked meat for breakfast. Everything was good.
Service was fast this time (not that many patrons). Could get slow when they get swamped.
