My little boy was craving for chicken nuggets & fries
We stopped & asked a nice lady we ended ordering chicken strips fries apple fries & a drink
With an 18% tip the bill was around 38 or so food is great
The only reason I am writing this review is that I am hoping for a manager or an owner to contact me so I can try to fix some service & manners issues in this place.
Great spot for a quick bite! The food was really good & quickly served. The staff super friendly & hospitable. The drink that was recommended was amazing! Don't hesitate to stop in when traveling.
My daughter & I stopped by here for lunch before our flight. Seating was fast. The waitress was very friendly & professional. Was happy to bring me hot water so I was able to make my own herbal tea. I had the REINA WRAP which was very good actually, although I wish I had remembered to ask them to hold the jalapeno, but that was on me. My daughter had the HOT OFF THE PRESS PANINI with a side of onion rings. She said it was also very good. It was very busy & the waitress was run off her feet, but continued to smile!
Very kind & friendly service! The lady & gentleman working were both awesome.
Ate poutine here on a layover. Our server was delightful & so easygoing. She was prompt in serving water, taking our order & bringing the food out.
The fries looks hand cut & not the frozen kind. Gravy was tasty & the cheese was generous.
Highly recommend for your next poutine fix!
If you want to eat very expensive, absolutely disgraceful food, even by airport standards, this is the place to go. It is so bad I cannot even describe it.
How can you completely overcook the patty in the burger & at the same time serve undercooked fries? Whatever they have as chicken wings on the menu are actually chicken nuggets, & the cost of everything is so prohibitive. 8 super-small, half-inch chicken nuggets are somehow $26.
Again, even by airport standards, it's bad. You're better off with Haribo gummies from the kiosk instead of this food.
I had a great experience, but you know… it's an airport, you take your chances. Staff is very friendly.
Was travelling home by myself without my fiancée, while very early in my pregnancy. Decided to get something to eat while I waited for my flight. Patricia came over & I told her what I'd like to order & she recommended something similar but a better deal. Was feeling very lonely, exhausted from my travels & she picked up on that very quickly. She came over a number of times to check on me & ensure I was okay & that I was enjoying my meal. As well as to ask if I needed anything. Her kindness & compassion made me feel so much better. & I was so grateful to see a friendly face. I've tried to call the restaurant a number of times to speak to a manager to express how wonderful she truly was. & how grateful I was to have had her as my server. I hope this message finds her. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
We had a terrible experience with flight delays luggage left behind by the Toronto airport etc. came in here for a much needed drink & some fries. Our server was quick to greet us friendly & suggested wine for me. The fries were good & the atmosphere was nice.
I was traveling though Canada from Belgium & had a terrible experience here. After continuous delayed flights I came here to charge my phone & likely eat. After asking one of the host if they had charger ports they confirmed they did so they showed me where & sat me down. I then asked to purchase a fountain drink which I was told okay to. Before I knew it I guess the manager a lady with glasses can't remember her complete description came to me & said I had to buy something to sit. So I was confused because I just purchased a fountain drink but she informed me it must be alcohol for whatever reason. After hours of traveling I did not want to drink any alcohol so she stated I must purchase something from the menu. Which I did fries that were soggy & salty & I did not eat. I find it a terrible customer experience to force traveling customers to drink or buy what you prefer them to buy instead of what they want to buy. It screams sales are low & it will make a bad name for the business. Very unpleasant experience & I didn't experience this anywhere else in the Montreal aiport but here
