So slow. They forgot our order (& ignored us) for 40 minutes. When my drink did come after 50 minutes the server spilled it on me. The Poke bowl was too fishy to eat.

I had the poke bowl. I wish I didn't. The rice wasn't cooked through fully so I almost broke a tooth on the first bite. Sent it back & got a chicken sandwich instead. Sandwich was alright. They gave me a $3 discount for my trouble, but I don't think that will cover the dentist. Would not recommend

Review for the kiosk at gate 7 - told us they were closed so went to a vending machine then sold products to several customers a few minutes later. Proceeded to then cut off a few more customers before serving another. Guess the employee only wants to serve when she feels like it?

I have never had such horrible food. Worst food, super dry, & VERY overpriced. The service was the worst, my paraplegic grandma could have made sum chicken tendies faster than that. Waited about an hour for George Jr. to make me pay a tip for absolute doggy doo doo. I have never been hurt more in my entire life.

Poutine was delicious. Great portion size. The server took a little long to get to our table but we got our food fast. If you have 45 minutes to an hour, you can definitely done here with time to spare.

58 $ for sour cheeseburger & a beer. When I told the waitress about it, she told me I shouldn't ve taken the second bite & bring the burger right away.
I guess its my fault that I am juat puked in the airport lol 😅

Great spot for a quick bite! The food was really good & quickly served. The staff super friendly & hospitable. The drink that was recommended was amazing! Don't hesitate to stop in when traveling.

I got the falafel wrap with the Caesar salad & a glass of wine.
The food was delicious & I don't understand all the bad reviews.
Give it a chance, you won't regret it.

The journey to the barstool I ended up on today, was long for me. I had been missing home & the comforts that brings. As many of on this journey frequently do.

Today at Urban Crave, I didn't just find a good meal, made to accommodate my gluten free lifestyle, but compassion, kindness, & genuinely good people. When your missing home they have a chair for you, a smile to share, & the fresh cup of coffee didn't hurt. To Chantalle, (I sincerely hope ive spelt your name correctly) & the team. Thank you for all that you do. I'll light a candle when I arrive as well.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. The host was nice but that was the apex of my experience. The server came to me ONCE for my drink order & that was the only time she came up to me. I wanted more than one beer & she never came up to me or checked in on me. Be prepared to advocate for your self because everyone in my section had to go up & ask for the bill. Worst service ever & you should definitely move on & not waste your time here. Also be prepared to SMASH the no tip button. Hope you read this & you avoid this crap hop of a restaurant
