Afficher toutairport(16) flight(11) breakfast(8) sandwich(7) poutine(6) tasty(5) smoked meat(4) quickly(4) quick(4) coffee(4) burger(4) matin(4)Just went for breakfast during a layover, server was incredibly rude & didn't bring water or coffee until 10 minutes after meal arrived. Eggs came wildly undercooked & the whole experience was negative. Left hungry & when I didn't tip, the server made a comment as to why I wasn't tipping, very unprofessional.
We had breakfast at Urban Crave at Montréal-Trudeau Airport & unfortunately the service really stood out. In a negative way.
Our server, Olivia, was quite rude. No smile, very short & dismissive answers, & an overall attitude that made us feel uncomfortable, almost as if we were an inconvenience. That alone left a bad impression & overshadowed the entire experience.
The food was okay. Not terrible, but nothing special. The dining area also wasn't very clean, with tables not properly cleared, though that was secondary compared to the service.
I understand airport locations can be hectic, but basic courtesy toward customers should still be expected.
Was able to pop in for a quick breakfast before my flight, service was fast, food was hot & so good. Was in a hurry, sent my coffee with me in a to go cup. Will be back for sure.
The breakfast was very good hot & served with a smile. The coffee is excellent. Thank you
Breakfast OK. Disgusting coffee. I told the waiter the coffee was bad. I expected him not to charge it. He did charge it.
Had my airport breakfast here. Staff was very friendly for 6am, the chef even made sure I was enjoying my food himself. It's in the airport so prices are what they are. But I will definitely go & enjoy the eggs benny next time I'm through.
Very lovely waitress, very fast, cordial & efficient. The concept is kinda funny here: it's basically a diner counter that claims to do international street food, but in reality it's classic burgers & sandwiches with some samosas & korean fried chicken. I had the breakfast so I can't say how their international cuisine tastes. The breakfast was fine though, nothing special & a bit pricey, but this is an airport diner we're talking about. One funny thing was how expensive their drink menu was. Easily the most expensive beers in the domestic terminal. They sell Archibald pints marked up 50% from what Archibald sells them for in the same terminal. Not highway robbery, but i think they are relying on the fact they're the only place to grab a drink that far down the domestic departures. One thing I noticed & see repeated here in other reviews is that the place isn't really managed...like, at all. I tried to use a dragonpass coupon that wasn't working, & there was no manager there to assist. The waitress helped me best she could, but she was very clearly alone & without assistance or guidance. They should probably work on that.
Had the usual eggs, toast, potatoes, along with some delicious smoked meat for breakfast. Everything was good.
Service was fast this time (not that many patrons). Could get slow when they get swamped.
