Oui les déjeuners dans les aéroports , ça coûte cher ! Mais disons que j'ai été surpris par l'assiette carnivore , incluant de la viande fumée . Excellent service avec un beau sourire , remplissage de cafa sans avoir à le demander , je vais y retourner à mon prochain vol !
Awful service, terrible food. I hope management goes through the reviews. I waited 10 minutes before I had any interaction to be served & it was only when I went to the bar to ask if we could seat ourselves & she said no & went back to wait for a hostess to appear 5 min later the staff do not smile they are curt when speaking to customers the staff do not communicate or interact with each other. I observed one server working & 2 staff chatting like no one was in the restaurant. I can only assume that the staff are treating the customers the way they feel their being treated by management. I saw numerous customers leave because there was no one to greet or seat them. They got tired of waiting

I ordered a smoked meat sandwich to go. The waitress asked if I wanted to switch my side from chips to something else, so I upgraded to poutine. The sandwich itself was about $24.
When my order came out, it was served as dine-in instead of takeout, so they had to redo it. The final bill ended up being close to $40.
Unfortunately, the sandwich was very small & the portion size overall was disappointing for the price. The smoked meat also tasted like the kind of pre-packaged product you'd get frozen from a place like Costco rather than freshly prepared deli meat.
Overall, it felt extremely overpriced for what you get, with small portions & low food quality. I do not recommend this restaurant. Unfortunately, most likely if you're reading my review, you already went through security. They over charge because they know your options are very limited. If you can wait to get on your flight, the food on Air Canada flights is better & cheaper than here.
Just went for breakfast during a layover, server was incredibly rude & didn't bring water or coffee until 10 minutes after meal arrived. Eggs came wildly undercooked & the whole experience was negative. Left hungry & when I didn't tip, the server made a comment as to why I wasn't tipping, very unprofessional.
Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.
Had the falafel wrap. Super small portion, served with stale chips.
Waitress greeted me with a'what do you want?' In French. Asked her a question about the menu , she couldn't answer it but then proceeded to order it anyway. Then the machine prompted for tip suggestions for a takeout order … zero was the appropriate choice. Try smiling next time
1 star doesn't even describe how HORRIBLE the service is at this place. 3 tables & the lady took 10min to come see us & take our order. She's super slow & passive agressive. No wonder this place has 2 stars.
Was travelling home by myself without my fiancée, while very early in my pregnancy. Decided to get something to eat while I waited for my flight. Patricia came over & I told her what I'd like to order & she recommended something similar but a better deal. Was feeling very lonely, exhausted from my travels & she picked up on that very quickly. She came over a number of times to check on me & ensure I was okay & that I was enjoying my meal. As well as to ask if I needed anything. Her kindness & compassion made me feel so much better. & I was so grateful to see a friendly face. I've tried to call the restaurant a number of times to speak to a manager to express how wonderful she truly was. & how grateful I was to have had her as my server. I hope this message finds her. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
We had breakfast at Urban Crave at Montréal-Trudeau Airport & unfortunately the service really stood out. In a negative way.
Our server, Olivia, was quite rude. No smile, very short & dismissive answers, & an overall attitude that made us feel uncomfortable, almost as if we were an inconvenience. That alone left a bad impression & overshadowed the entire experience.
The food was okay. Not terrible, but nothing special. The dining area also wasn't very clean, with tables not properly cleared, though that was secondary compared to the service.
I understand airport locations can be hectic, but basic courtesy toward customers should still be expected.

We had a terrible experience with flight delays luggage left behind by the Toronto airport etc. came in here for a much needed drink & some fries. Our server was quick to greet us friendly & suggested wine for me. The fries were good & the atmosphere was nice.
I waited several minutes at the hostess stand simply to be seated at the bar, without any acknowledgment. When I eventually went to the bar myself, the staff member was on a laptop & ignored me when I politely said'excuse me.' After repeating myself calmly, I was told'one minute' with the most aggressive voice I have ever ever heard. even though seating me would have taken seconds.
As a frequent traveler, this level of indifference & lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. I left immediately.
For comparison, I went to Pork & Pickle right after & received EXCELLENT , attentive service. The contrast was striking.
Urban Crave has lost my business.

I was traveling though Canada from Belgium & had a terrible experience here. After continuous delayed flights I came here to charge my phone & likely eat. After asking one of the host if they had charger ports they confirmed they did so they showed me where & sat me down. I then asked to purchase a fountain drink which I was told okay to. Before I knew it I guess the manager a lady with glasses can't remember her complete description came to me & said I had to buy something to sit. So I was confused because I just purchased a fountain drink but she informed me it must be alcohol for whatever reason. After hours of traveling I did not want to drink any alcohol so she stated I must purchase something from the menu. Which I did fries that were soggy & salty & I did not eat. I find it a terrible customer experience to force traveling customers to drink or buy what you prefer them to buy instead of what they want to buy. It screams sales are low & it will make a bad name for the business. Very unpleasant experience & I didn't experience this anywhere else in the Montreal aiport but here
VERY BAD SERVICE ZERO STAR FOR U'GEORGE' THE OLD MAN SERVER HERE AT URBANCRAVE YUL AIRPORT , U SERVED US VERY OLD UGLY GLASS, IN MY HOUSE I NEVER USE THIS KIND OF GLASS, BUT IN THE BAR HERE IN URBANCARVE, THEY STILL USES, BE A SHAME TO UR SELF'GEORGE'!!!
