Don't hesitate to try this fantastic Mile End restaurant! I've been to dozens of vegan restaurants & Indian restaurants in my life, & this is easily one of my favourites in both categories. The service was friendly & attentive without being overbearing, & also very considerate of my dietary sensitivities. The food was delicious & beautifully presented, as were the drinks. I was only in Montreal for five days, but I ended up having dinner at Tula twice. I wish we had something comparable in Toronto.

This restaurant is a must experience when you're in Montreal. Abhishek is amazing. Eating here is an experience & one that you must try whether vegan or not.

We love Tula! We ordered the biryani, butter chicken, roti, pana cona & mango lassi. Everything was absolutely delicious! As a vegan, it's usually hard to find Indian vegan food that is so delicious. Abhishek is very kind, enthusiastic & a great host.

Will definitely be here again.

Had an absolutely wonderful time here. Maybe my favorite meal in a city with amazing food. Enjoying a healthy, veg based meal after so much bread & cheese was very refreshing. Abhishek puts his heart into the restaurant & creates true ghar ka khana (home cooking). Wish I had been there for the lunchtime thali but dinner was incredible. Best mango lassi I've had & somehow vegan too!! Highly recommended.

The Best vegan food in Montréal. Amazing chilli chicken, Jackfruit Biryani, Sambar, Sasav Salad was 😋 delicious & the Poutine with the spicy mushroom sauce was to die for. Service is top notch. They bring you water on time, take care of your spice level ( just the right touch) & both the desserts were great. Didn't know vegan food could be so interesting. The restaurant is beautiful inside & there is some energy & vibe which relaxes you & makes you feel so good as you dine in. The restaurant is magical. We had the NYE 5 course experience - out of the world! This place deserves a Michelin Star. Best gluten free, healthy food in not just Montréal but the whole world. My favorite restaurant in the universe. The owner is very adorable. A truly genuine, caring adorable soul. His light shines through & his passion for veganism is contagious. The decor is boho yet grounding, hippie yet traditional, uplifting & zen at the same time. Love TULA to the moon & back. Their thalis come in my dreams.....get up & 🏃?♂? 🏃?♂? 🏃?♂? run....This place is a culinary gem. It is almost 100% gluten free which is an added bonus.

Absolutely incredible dinner experience at Tula. The owner & staff were amazingly friendly & gave us a tour of the whole menu. The vegan dishes were to die for. The coconut milk mango lassi was so light & smooth, highly recommend! Will absolutely come back if we return to Montreal!

Whenever we travel the world as vegans we often have to carefully navigate food places looking at menu's for something safe to eat but not at Tula as we were safe in the knowledge that everything on the menu was safe to eat & we could just concentrate on just choosing whatever we wanted to eat that day & that made the whole experience so enjoyable as well as meeting the very passionate & proud owner Abishek who will greet & host you like you are a long lost friend 😊.

We've visited Tula twice in the past week, & each meal has been outstanding. On our first visit, we shared three of their brunch platters, & today we started with the lentil soup before enjoying the Jackfruit Biryani & the Grandma Platter. We finished with the sweet potato porridge dessert & our favourite drink, the tamarind ginger mocktail.
Everything we've tried has been delicious, fresh, & thoughtfully prepared. The food is flavourful without being heavy or greasy, & that's something we really appreciate. One of the best things about eating here is that we always leave feeling satisfied & energized, with none of the digestive discomfort we often experience after eating at many other restaurants.
Tula has quickly become one of our favourite vegan restaurants in Montreal, & quite possibly our favourite overall. If you're looking for healthy, creative, & genuinely delicious plant-based food, this place is a must-visit.

Beautiful experience, amazing vegan restaurant. From the moment we step in we were treated warmly, team served us all with excellent knowledge of the menu. The food was wonderful, flavorful, fresh, artistically expressive with edible flowers too. Absolutely best butter chicken to order & mango lassi was so fresh. The decor is beautiful. Owner is a kind, energetically sensitive person, who is passionate about sharing wonderful vegan dishes. A must visit! I will be back ❤?
