In creating Toqué!, more than twenty years ago, we wanted to showcase the Quebec products and the work of those who supply us. We want more than ever to acknowledge the contribution of these suppliers who deserve the glorious title of artisans. We owe them the foie gras or samphire; lamb or vegetables, seafood or herbs. These tireless artisans inspire the cuisine of Toqué! to which they bring the flavors, textures and natural aromas of irreproachable freshness. Had the most amazing evening here tonight with my son. Tasting menu was amazing. More importantly though, we were taken care of so very well. It almost made me cry. It was almost twenty years between my first time eating here & tonight. I hope I can come back again much sooner.
Edit: I just remembered a moment that seemed almost innocuous at the time, but thinking about it now has me in happy tears. My son needed to use the restroom & wanted me to come with him to help find it. When we returned two our table, two of the staff that were serving us were standing at our table waiting to help us back into our seats.
You guys could not have made this a more memorable experience. It was utterly flawless.

C'était notre troisième visite en dix ans… & quelle joie de revenir ! Comme toujours, nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation prestige, avec de superbes accords mets & vins haut de gamme. Chaque plat, chaque gorgée, a été un véritable voyage des sens.

Comme lors de nos précédentes visites, ma conjointe & moi avons été éblouis par la finesse & la créativité de cette expérience culinaire. Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir d'excellentes tables, ici comme ailleurs dans le monde, mais le Toqué reste, pour nous, l'adresse numéro un.

L'ambiance feutrée, le service attentif, & cette passion palpable dans chaque assiette… tout était au diapason. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas un restaurant pour toutes les bourses, mais si vous voulez vivre le summum du mariage entre la passion des vignerons & l'art de la haute cuisine, laissez-vous tenter… Vous ne le regretterez pas !
