In creating Toqué!, more than twenty years ago, we wanted to showcase the Quebec products and the work of those who supply us. We want more than ever to acknowledge the contribution of these suppliers who deserve the glorious title of artisans. We owe them the foie gras or samphire; lamb or vegetables, seafood or herbs. These tireless artisans inspire the cuisine of Toqué! to which they bring the flavors, textures and natural aromas of irreproachable freshness. Nous y avons célébré notre 15e anniversaire de mariage & c'était mémorable. Notre serveur était très attentionné & la cuisine délectable! Nous avons même reçu une petite carte signée par M. Normand Laprise. Nous avons aussi pu faire un tour des cuisines. C'est évident que nous allons y retourner!

Un très bon restaurant dans l'ensemble. Nous y sommes allés un mercredi, donc il était facile de trouver un stationnement. Le service était de première qualité, mais malheureusement, lors de notre anniversaire de mariage, une petite maladresse a eu lieu lorsque ma femme a été éclaboussée par de l'eau, ce qui a un peu gâché l'expérience. Nous avons opté pour un menu dégustation de sept plats, accompagné d'une dégustation de cinq vins. Les vins étaient excellents & certains plats nous ont plu, bien que d'autres aient moins été à notre goût. Même si nous n'avons pas eu de coup de coeur pour un plat en particulier, c'est une bonne option pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir des saveurs variées. Ma femme partage la même opinion. Je ne sais pas si je retournerais au restaurant, mais peut-être que je reviendrais pour essayer un plat spécifique qui a éveillé ma curiosité, plutôt que pour un menu dégustation. En résumé, une bonne expérience culinaire, malgré quelques imperfections.

Had the tasting menu here, the meal started off strong with the amuse bouche & ended off really well with the cheese dish & the dessert but everything else was nothing special.... the rest of the dishes didn't leave a memorable impression & our party was left feeling quite disappointed. We had high expectations from this highly rated restaurant, but I probably wouldn't come back. As far as high end restaurants go.... 3.7/5

First time at Toqué- wow! An experience like no other. The service is impeccable with wonderful attention to even the smallest details. The ambiance is elegant (although true decor could use an upgrade). Our dishes came out at a perfect pace with stunning plating. Every dish was special & different. Fresh local products are front & center. Merci 🙏🏽

Been here before covid & had an excellent time. This was my second visit & meal was not as spectacular as it was before covid (still fantastic, but not completely worth the price tag as it was before), but the sommelier was fantastic. Absolutely paired the wine well with the dishes. Decor hadn't changed, but still beautiful. Server was knowledgeable & the hostess was charming. Probably wouldn't come back since I don't think it'd worth the price but good to experience at least once.
