In creating Toqué!, more than twenty years ago, we wanted to showcase the Quebec products and the work of those who supply us. We want more than ever to acknowledge the contribution of these suppliers who deserve the glorious title of artisans. We owe them the foie gras or samphire; lamb or vegetables, seafood or herbs. These tireless artisans inspire the cuisine of Toqué! to which they bring the flavors, textures and natural aromas of irreproachable freshness. Les plats sont tous succulents & le service est impeccable. L'accord met-vin est très bien fait. & notre table était très bien située. Seul petit bémol : la musique était légèrement trop forte.

Par ailleurs, j'adore le fait que le restaurant soit aussi ouvert le midi. & il est inscrit au début du menu où le restaurant s'approvisionne en ingrédients (produits d'ici). Très chouette.

Je reviendrai, c'est certain.

Moment agréable passé au Toqué. Le service était impeccable, rien à dire à ce sujet. Par contre les prix sont quand même très exagérés, nous avons super bien mangé mais la nourriture n'est pas transcendante & je ne pense pas que cela justifie le prix. Étant européen, pour le prix que nous avons payé, vous vous offrez pratiquement un 2 étoiles Michelin à Paris ou ailleurs. L'expérience était bonne mais nous ne reviendrons pas car c'est un sacré budget. On peut très bien manger à Montréal pour une qualité très similaire voir identique & moins cher.
