In creating Toqué!, more than twenty years ago, we wanted to showcase the Quebec products and the work of those who supply us. We want more than ever to acknowledge the contribution of these suppliers who deserve the glorious title of artisans. We owe them the foie gras or samphire; lamb or vegetables, seafood or herbs. These tireless artisans inspire the cuisine of Toqué! to which they bring the flavors, textures and natural aromas of irreproachable freshness. My husband & I had dinner here last week & it was fabulous. We hadn't been here in quite a number of years & it is nice to see that the quality, food, & service are all still top notch. We had a lovely seat by the window & our waitress also added to the evening. She was professional, personable, & prompt in taking great care of us. The drinks were great & the food was all delicious. I HIGHLY recommend a beautiful dining experience here!

Really enjoyable tasting menus. They were happy to accommodate not just dietary restrictions but also preferences. I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms due to the texture of them sometimes so when I said that, they were happy to adjust my plates accordingly. 10 likes & I'll say what the picture was.

Le Toqué mérite amplement sa place parmi les meilleurs restaurants de Montréal. J'ai eu le plaisir d'essayer le menu dégustation à 7 services, & chaque plat était un véritable délice. Le chef Normand Laprise & son équipe n'utilisent que des ingrédients locaux avec un savoir-faire exceptionnel !

Malheureusement, lors de mes dernières visites le service & l'hospitalité habituelle n'était pas au rendez-vous. J'ai fait mention des problèmes rencontrés & bien deçu des réponses reçues.
