Incredible meal. Victor was so passionate about his approach, his relationships with the producers & his perspective on food. This whole meal was a love letter to Quebec & the patrimony of the province's earthly delights. The meal was quite literally a revision of everything you think you know about Quebecois cuisine. This is a must try for anyone coming to Montreal & the whole team is to be congratulated on their accomplishments!

Quelle belle expérience ! Ça fait du bien de voir de la passion en cuisine & la mise en valeur de nos produits Québécois. Ça faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas goûté des plats avec autant de travail & de combinaisons intéressantes. Merci pour la belle découverte, nous serons de retour :)

Une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été transportés par l'ambiance chaleureuse & l'accueil attentionné. Le serveur nous a fait voyager à travers les saveurs du Québec, racontant avec passion l'histoire des produits soigneusement sélectionnés. Son amour pour la cuisine & son métier se ressent dans chaque détail du service. Chaque plat était un véritable hommage au terroir, sublimé par des accords parfaits. Une des plus belles expériences que j'ai vécues au restaurant ! Je recommande sans hésitation.

Food over fanfare! This unassuming & unpretentious restaurant focuses on elevating Quebecois cuisine. This place does not disappoint. It is approachable with dishes that are both flavourful & unique. The owner is passionate about his food & wine. A real treat. Highly recommend.

Un super resto de quartier qui propose la cuisine qu'on aime: généreuse avec des produits frais, des associations de goût originales & qui fonctionnent. J'ai même apprécié manger des câpres alors que je n'aime habituellement pas. On a toujours été très bien reçus & toute l'équipe nous transmet la passion de leurs produits & de la fierté de leur travail.
