Quelle belle expérience au restaurant Terroirs. La nourriture était incroyable avec des ingrédients locaux. J'ai beaucoup aimé la présentation des plats par les serveurs. Très belle ambiance, conviviale!

Honestly, fantastic restaurant. Attention to detail, local ingredients, creative cooking while still feeding you a proper meal. Menu changes every 2 months so there's a reason to come back!

Only thing lacking was a buzzy atmosphere on a Thursday night but the service more than made up for it as the chef personally came to out table multiple times to discuss the dishes & ask for out opinion.

Would absolutely recommend!

Une véritable ode aux produits du Québec !
Chaque plat met en valeur des ingrédients locaux, parfois rares ou méconnus, soigneusement sélectionnés par le chef. On sent une vraie volonté de sublimer le terroir : chaque assiette est une combinaison harmonieuse de saveurs, à la fois riche, équilibrée & délicieusement innovante.
On y découvre (ou redécouvre) des produits d'ici, on se laisse surprendre à chaque bouchée, & on apprend beaucoup grâce au chef, passionné & attentif à la provenance de ses ingrédients.
Une adresse à ne surtout pas manquer ! & surtout, n'oubliez pas le digestif : la sélection est tout simplement exquise.

Tout y était excellent, du service à la cuisine. Ce sont des passionnés de cuisine & qui ont à coeur de mettre en avant les produits d'ici. De véritables artistes en cuisine qui composent au grès des saisons & de leurs inspirations. Le service aussi était parfait avec une explication des plats & des particularités des ingrédients & une présence discrète & subtile.
Nous reviendrons !

Une ambiance des plus chaleureuses, où nous sommes bien accompagné.e.s tout au long de cette expérience culinaire grandiose. Il ne suffit pas d'avoir les meilleurs ingrédients pour parvenir à un repas délicieux, cela prend aussi du talent. Celui-ci est très présent à Terroirs.

I was there for a work dinner on Dec 20 & Marc & his team treated us with such royalty & took the utmost care of us & explained every dish right down to the very detail. All of his ingredients are local & are carefully picked to match his creativity. I will definitely be back & can't wait for the next menu. Marc it was a pleasure meeting you & see your vision. Amazing dining experience here. The chef & owner is extremely passionate about every single ingredient used in every dish. Everything is fresh & local & paired with a wine. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable & the atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend for a great date night!

We had a great dinner at Terroirs: the food was excellent: real farm to table experience, a good mix between refined & hearty food, very well cooked & with incredibly fresh & tasteful ingredients. It was easy to spot the great talent of the young chef. The service was outstanding: one can see that the owners are really passionate about the restaurant & explained everything in detail. We've travelled round the world & we've been to many great restaurants (in including a few Michelin stars) & I think -given the talent & the youth of its team- that Terroirs has the potential to become one the best restaurants in Montreal.
