Terroirs centers its culinary identity on the principles of market-driven regional cuisine, prioritizing the natural essence of seasonal harvests. The kitchen crafts plates that highlight fresh seafood and sustainably sourced fish, emphasizing the raw quality of ingredients procured from local producers. Preparation techniques remain minimalist to ensure the integrity of land-based vegetables and aquatic proteins remains the primary focus of every dish. The interior design reflects this functional approach, utilizing an open layout that keeps the spotlight strictly on the transparency of the supply chain. Patrons experience a direct connection between the regional landscape and the final presentation of the meal on their table. This establishment acts as a bridge between immediate agricultural yields and technical preparation, providing a straightforward look at the essential flavors inherent to the coastal and interior environments.

We went there for the first time for their Valentine's Day service. The second we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles & cheerful greetings. The food was divine, with plenty of variety & well-combined tastes. Everything looked & tasted fresh & local. Portions were enough to keep us full. The staff (& owners) was absolutely stellar; everyone loves their job & speaks with passion about their food. We felt welcomed as if we were at our own home 🍁
I visited the restaurant a while back for a celebration, & I'm still thinking about it
Honestly it was amazing. If you're looking for a gastronomic experience that actually delivers on flavours, this place is a total gem.
The vibe is cozy, but the food is on another level. Everything is well-presented & full of detail. I was blown away by how every single bite was packed with flavor & perfectly balanced. It's easily one of my favourite places.
They use all seasonal & local Quebec products, which makes the experience feel even more special.I also have to mention the beers WOOW! Absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back. If you want an incredible local meal, this is a place to visit!!!
Savoureux, bon, gourmand & locale, on adore le vin, le cocktail & le service est superbe. Sentiment de « Comme à la maison » mais avec un méchant bon repas qu'on ne cuisine pas. 👌🏼♥? on reviendra avec plaisi

Honestly, fantastic restaurant. Attention to detail, local ingredients, creative cooking while still feeding you a proper meal. Menu changes every 2 months so there's a reason to come back!
Only thing lacking was a buzzy atmosphere on a Thursday night but the service more than made up for it as the chef personally came to out table multiple times to discuss the dishes & ask for out opinion.
Hands down, one of the single best & most memorable dining experiences I have ever had. If you are visiting Montreal, Terroirs is an absolute must. The four-course tasting menu was phenomenal, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the people. The hospitality is on another level; our host, Mark, beautifully articulated the restaurant's philosophy, connecting us to their deep commitment to Quebec's local farmers & producers. We sat at the bar, & the chefs constantly engaged with us, making the dinner feel so interactive & special. You can feel the love & dedication in every single detail. We will 100% be back on our next trip!
We had the best adventure yesterday at Terroirs! They welcomed us with open arms & gave us a fantastic meal of several types of food. Eric explained their desire to create a new kind of restaurant where the foods were local & creative. He also found us some wonderful cider & wine from Quebec to go with them. Mark then showed us some of the seasonings that go into the dishes… local salts, herbs, capers, & more. He was so excited about their restaurant & their success at creating something new in Montréal. We enjoyed rare, local oysters, a beautiful sweet corn dish cooked a totally new way, a delicious vegetable stack, an amazing tuna & lobster mushroom dish plus fabulous sourdough bread. We'll left satisfied & happy. Try this fantastic restaurant for a delicious meal.
I was there for a work dinner on Dec 20 & Marc & his team treated us with such royalty & took the utmost care of us & explained every dish right down to the very detail. All of his ingredients are local & are carefully picked to match his creativity. I will definitely be back & can't wait for the next menu. Marc it was a pleasure meeting you & see your vision. Serena
