We stopped here just to have a drink since they had lots available tables on their terrace & had advertised happy hour at $9 for on tap beer & $13 for cocktails.
Where this restaurant lacks is in variety. They only have 3 beers on tap, & their taps weren't even working. As bottled beers go, they had Guiness & Landshark Lager. So $9 for a bottle of beer, not a great deal. As for cocktails, they had a few more choices, but only one of them qualified for the happy hour price.
Le 419 is well located, the terrace has a nice view of place Jacques Cartier, which boasts of lively atmosphere, many pedestrians & some buskers.
Our waitress was very friendly.
We had dinner across the street at Maggie Oakes & we noticed this place was absolutely dead all day long, which is suprising since the street, & other restaurants, were filled with tourists.
If you don't want to wait for a table, this is place is for you.

Today I came in with family for my pre-graduation celebration at lunch time. & Talia was our server, she was so nice, funny, & provided excellent service. The food was also really good everyone enjoyed it. At the end of the meal Talia surprised me with a cake with sparkles for my graduation, that made my day. Anyways I had a great time at terrace Le 419.

I had an outstanding first visit here! I came with my family & everything was impeccable. We were greeted with smiles from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was amazing & the service was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, especially Le sea red platter & it was presented to perfection. Thank you to all the staff at Terrace le 419 vieux-port for making it such a memorable experience. We will definitely be coming back very soon!

Best service from Marc & Adib, great food & amazing views from the terrace. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to have a great time with amazing food.

seafood & steak platters are amazing...by far the best place to eat at the old port with beautiful terrace.Can't wait to go back & the service is amazing!
