En plus, les prix sont beaucoup trop élevés pour la qualité offerte. Cocktails corrects, nourriture correcte, mais absolument rien qui justifie le hype.
& en 2026, ne pas avoir Apple Pay, c'est franchement ordinaire. Bref, « belle image » sur les réseaux, mais l'expérience réelle ne suit pas du tout. Je ne recommande aucunement.

waited an hour for water & drinks, the waitress came back several times confused about what we wanted which was not rocket science, they seem to hire uneducated girls who know nothing about the restaurant industry or no knowledge on drinks, she comes & brings water with no glasses & then another waitress comes to bring me a dirty martini which i never ordered, i ordered a spicy margarita, i do not get the confusion & we also ordered food which i guess never got through to the kitchen. Ive had 3 horrible experiences here with their service.
worst place in montreal the staff espacially the girls think they are some divas giving so much attitude like they own the place . calm
down your just a waitress.you want to have a good night make sure not going there.
The ambiance was so good & very nice view from the 6th floor. Not a lot of choice of food but definitely a nice place to go get drinks with friends. Our server was very friendly, attentive & helpful.
Je suis venu dimanche soir avec des amis, nous avons eu une super belle expérience! Notre serveuse Maeva nous a bien guidée tout au long de la soirée avec de bonne recommandation de cocktails!!

We came to join our wives - just two guys - & the bouncers downstairs acted like we were criminals. Almost didn't let us in for no reason. Upstairs, the crowd was nothing special, yet they pretend it's exclusive. Spent almost $400 in this outdated place, & by 11 PM a bouncer told us to'get out' in a very aggressive way. Never coming back. Not recommended if you value respect & service.
Atmosphere & de or was pleasant . Service was awful & food was just ok. Took the hostess awhile to seat us even though there were plenty of clean tables. We were finally seated in a dark corner & no lights on our table. We couldn't see the menu lol & getting a server's attention to address these issues was impossible. Once we received our meals we were not checked on or asked is everything was to our liking. Clearly our kind was not welcomed there

I had a wonderful experience at Carla Terrasse, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Elodie & Florence. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, & attentive throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome & taken care of.
Elodie brought such a positive energy - always smiling & making sure everything was perfect. Florence was equally amazing, checking in with just the right balance of care & efficiency. They worked seamlessly as a team & truly elevated the whole experience.
It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, & I really appreciate the effort they put into making the visit special. Thank you, Elodie & Florence, for your outstanding service! I'll definitely be back.
Service extremmement long. On nous a obligé à commander rapidement pour que ca prenne un temps fou a recevoir nos plats. On a même recu des entrées après nos plats principaux. On a prit un menu à partager nous étions une douzaine. L'une d'entre nous a dit qu'elle prendrait seulement une entrée la serveuse lui a dit'ta pas le choix de tout commander tu rapporteras le repas chez vous si ta pas faim pour le repas principal'. On a attendu 40 minutes avant de recevoir des coupes de vin qu'on a nous même du aller chercher au bar finalement. Nos factures étaient un vrai désordre. Factures exorbitante pour les drink & les repas assez basic recu. Saumon pratiquement pas cuit encore dans un stade spongieux entre sa phase de gel & dégèl. Un espresso martini à 20$ qu'on fini en 2 gorgées, êtes vous sérieux? Le tip qui est automatiquement mit à 22%, 25% & 28% si ma mémoire est bonne. Jai baissé ca à 15%. Honnetement mon 2 étoiles je le laisse au gentil jeune homme qui nous donnait de l'eau, il a été un MVP tout au long de la soirée. On m'a dit que l'administration a changé & ce n'est plus ce que terasss Carla était avant. À lire d'autre commentaire, je ne suis pas le seul...
Had an amazing time at Terrasse Carla! The food & drinks were excellent, but what really made the experience special was the service. A huge thank you to Emily - she was incredibly attentive, friendly, & made everything feel effortless. She truly elevated the whole evening. Highly recommend!
