So I went out with my friends A couple of weeks ago, We were three! I got there at 8:30, My friends were running late. Nobody came to bring me water or offered me a drink or anything until 930 when my friend showed up. The drinks took 40 minutes, A waitress asked me what I wanted to drink, & never came back with my drink. The food was cold & tasted like it was frozen & they just heated it up quickly. Overall, would've been such a nice place if the service was quicker, we had a girl as our waitress, & then we had another girl as a waitress, & then finally this guy started being our waiter. It was a bit of a mess honestly. & there's a poor dog running around that's scared of every single person & then they lock the dog in the wine fridge. It's just weird vibes honestly.

Food is subpar not worth it. Nice ambiance for drinks though the waitresses are obviously bottle girls & know nothing about hospitality.
We were a group of 3 & they put us at a high table with stools with no back rests
We asked to change spot since this would be uncomfortable for the whole night. They put us at a low table right next to the DJ & speakers in the far corner of the restaurant under the roof meanwhile every other table closer to the outdoors remained empty

Had a bad experience here. Went for 1 drink at 7pm took 30mins to take our order then had to wait an hour just to get our bill, I had to ask multiple people & multiple time yet we still waiting over an hour just to pay the bill. Then when we were leaving, went to use the restroom & we saw one of the staff using the bathroom then not washing their hands. Did not have a good experience, would not recommend.
We went for the happy hour & wow! The service was amazing & the cocktails were delicious. It is a beautiful terrace near Chinatown, I definitely recommend it if you want a nice place with a DJ & some drinks
One of the most horrible experience I have ever experienced in a Montreal restaurant. Food was uneatable, service was terrible & the drinks were made out of flat soda. Its outrageous. Im not sure how this business is running. We asked to speak to a manager, they replied, the owner is not here nor the manager. There was a supervisor who couldn't take any decision, he couldn't even remove from our bill the spoiled/rotten food they served us.

We had a reservation at 7:30pm & were seated very quickly. The music was so loud that we could barely hear each other talking. We were sat in a back corner & it seemed like we were forgotten about. After 40 minutes of not having anyone come to our table, we finally called someone to find us a waitress & give us water. We then ordered drinks that never came so after being there for over an hour & starving, we just walked out & went somewhere else. We let our waitress know & she didn't seem to care about our experience or even try to get us to stay (clearly our drinks weren't even started yet; we had ordered them over 30 mins prior to leaving). Unfortunately, I am unable to review the food/drinks as we weren't given the chance to try anything other than water. I am very disappointed & will not be coming back.
Worst service I have ever experienced, I should have read all of these reviews sooner. We made a reservation for 7:30 pm. We never got a waiter. After 40 minutes of waiting, without even receiving water, we had to flag someone down ourselves to ask for water & to be assigned a waiter. When the waitress came, she took our drink orders & then we never saw her again. I ordered a simple glass of wine & it never came. After an hour & 15 minutes of sitting there waiting for nothing, we decided to leave. I think this place shouldn't advertise itself as a restaurant, you only get service if you pay for the bar.
Great drinks, great music & most importantly AMAZING service. If you go you should request Amelie, she made our experience 10x better & she's the sweetest ever!
