Le seul bémol est vraiment le service, de la personne qui nous à placer à notre serveur qui regardait partout sauf ma femme & moi quand nous demandions des questions lors de la prise de commande jusqu'à la personne qui nous apporte nos plats en les déclinant en anglais....
Le look du restaurant est merveilleux mais il faudrait que le propriétaire prenne quelques secondes & essaie chacunes de ses sièges, plusieurs chambranles.
Notre pieuvre est arrivée vraiment trop cuite & j'en ai fait part au serveur qu'il a simplement répondu'ah ok'.
C'est malheureusement la dernière fois que je mets les pieds dans ce restaurant de quartier.
Overall, Taza Flores is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic meal in a charming setting. We were told that the new owner/executive chef has made some wonderful changes since coming onboard five months ago. The cocktails were on point (recommend the Gimlet!) & the wine suggested by the waiter was fantastic. We chose to have the following which were all delicious : beet salad, hamachi, mozzarella, tortellini, strip loin for two, finishing off with a decadent baked Alaska. Waitstaff was friendly & super attentive! This is a great date night, friends catch up or after work drinks & dinner place. Definitely a favourite going forward!
Taza Flores est une véritable pépite ! Les tapas sont délicieux, l'ambiance chaleureuse & la sélection de vin intéressante. Un immense merci à Charles pour son service exceptionnel : attentionné, souriant & de bon conseil. Une expérience culinaire intéressante, à refaire sans hésitation !
Went for a date on a cold winter Wednesday so the restaurant was about half full. We were seated quickly & service all night was extremely fast. There was about 1 staff member to every 2 tables so we got excellent & constant service (for water, drinks etc). We had ordered a variety of dishes of which I thought the best was Hangar Steak, Beef Tartare & the Hamachi. We also ordered the Broccoloni, Duck, Beet Salad & the Potato Mille Fille. Nothing was bad but I found the Potato the least flavorful & tasty. The dessert menu was pretty limited with the only options being a Tiramisu or a Citrus & Pistachio Yuzu. We shared the tart which was delicious. Overall had a great experience, nice ambience, friendly helpful staff & the food was very good. I don't really think it was worth the price if done frequently but once in a while is nice.

I went last night with a friend for my birthday, it was our first time trying Taza Flores & we were so excited as we had heard about how amazing the food is. The food was excellent, however I am not sure if I have ever received worse service in my life. We were seated right away when we walked in & the restaurant was relatively empty at this point. 20 minutes later no one had come to see us. When we finally asked the bus girl if we could maybe order a drink our waiter finally came over. He then wanted us to order our food right away. We received our food not long after, & I must say it was all very very good. Our waiter never once came to see how we were doing, if we were enjoying our food, never poured any of the expensive wine that we ordered…we sat with our empty plates until we had to get up to find someone to ask for our bill. We were going to order dessert, but we couldn't find someone to even ask. For me service is a huge part of a dining experience. Although our meal was delicious, my friend & I left with a very irritated & disappointed feeling. Not sure if the food alone is enough to make me want to go back, which is unfortunate.
Great place to try tappas. The server was kind & propose a large variety of plates. The tartare was awesome, Tataki & gravlak(salmon) very well presented. The manager pass by twice to know our comments. The dessert flambé was exquisite. I recommand to reserve if you plan out to go.
Difficile de noter un restaurant qui a gardé l'adresse, le nom & la décoration de ce qu'il était avant mais qui n'est plus du tout le même restaurant, avec une carte entièrement refaite & qui tient en une petite page. Les amoureux comme moi de l'ancien Taza Flores qui aimaient venir savourer des tapas à toute heure, avec menu réduit après 22h ne s'y retrouveront pas. Ce n'est plus le guacamole, chakchouca & autres rolls d'agneau avec une bonne pinte de Goose Island en mode tapas à 40$ all in par personne. On est là dans quelque chose de tout à fait différent. Petit verre de vin blanc à 17$ avant pourboires & taxes, très bonne pieuvre grillée mais portion minimale à 30$. Pas de pain à la table car c'est un item payant de type "tapas". Tout ce que notre table a mangé était bon, cher (mais c'est l'époque) & mode restaurant moderne classique. Le nom & le logo devrait changer & une nouvelle clientèle se développera.

My experience at Taza Flores truly surprised me in the best way; the flavors of the food, the ambiance, the drinks. All was beyond my expectations. I traveled a lot in the past & this restaurant surprised me with their freshness & high quality food & intimate ambiance.
J'y suis allé avec un groupe de 19 personnes & tout était incroyable, bonne nourriture, bonne ambiance, service impeccable, bref je recommande vraiment!
Ont as aimer notre expérience la bouffe étais très bonne, le service top notch, ont aurais aimer ça croisé le chauve & jnt haha merci taza ont reviendra dans un futur proche Amen
