C'est un niveau haute gamme selon moi. & la cerise sur le sundae: le personnel super sympathique. Nous avons eu la chance de jaser avec Eléazar, un des propriétaires, qui est passionné par son métier & qui est un humain merveilleux ! J'ai adoré Taza flores car c'est un resto très honnête & sans chichi, avec une proposition culinaire de haute qualité & une expérience humaine authentique. C'est bon & on s'y sent bien. Mon amie & moi sommes allés à la Taza Flores pour la première fois. Comment dire que c'était une expérience culinaire extraordinaire , les combinaisons des saveurs & la fraîcheur des ingrédients ont été la bougie sur le gâteau. Le service était un peu lent car leur serveur ne c'est pas présenté mais le gérant c'est rattraper avec sa bonne énergie.

Excellente découverte! La chef Noah démontre un vrai talent & une passion évidente. Menu changeant selon les saisons, ingrédients de qualité, présentation soignée.
L'ambiance est casual mais l'expérience culinaire est définitivement haut de gamme. Équipe professionnelle & service attentionné.
Environ 80$ par personne - excellent rapport qualité-prix pour ce niveau de cuisine.
Fortement recommandé pour une occasion spéciale ou simplement pour se faire plaisir.

From the very beginning, the experience was excellent: we made a reservation & everything was perfectly organized. The place looks beautiful, with a cozy atmosphere & a décor that makes you want to stay. The soft lighting & the style of the space make it feel special from the very first moment.
As for the food, the dishes were truly delicious. There are plenty of options to try, & each one surprises with its mix of flavors, making the culinary experience even more interesting. I highly recommend the'Beef Tataki.'
The staff was extremely kind & attentive to every detail. We were welcomed with a smile, & throughout the evening they made sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth made the experience feel like having dinner with friends. Definitely a place I would go back to & highly recommend.
The food was divine, tasty & quite ample for'tapas'. We ordered two dishes each & it was plenty. The wine list was fascinating; the sommelier/owner was a great help to choosing a wine based on our meal. Tommy the waiter
was attentive & not overbearing. The food was priced well; the wine was very pricey & no less expensive choices... $16/glass ++ All said, well recommended.
The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, & the atmosphere was both relaxed & classy. It's a great spot for a nice summer dinner. We sat at a table by the window, which we loved-it let in a pleasant summer breeze that added to the experience.
The portions are on the smaller side, so if you find something you really enjoy, you'll want to order multiple servings to have more than just a piece or two per person.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience & would definitely recommend it.
Such a wonderful experience at Taza Flores. The owner & all of the staff are so kind, & their attention to detail is impeccable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for an authentic & cozy Spanish Tapas night.
This used to be a great place to eat. We went to dinner last week & it was a real disappointment for the following reasons:
- Food quality was really mid/basic & not at all what we remembered it to be. Prices have increased but quality has gone the other way. I would not recommend taking the octopus, as it was too cooked & expensive for what it is.
- One waitress was great but the other waiter we had was arrogant, unfriendly, & when we notified him that the new tipping rule in Quebec required his terminal to have the percentage calculated on the pre-tax amount (law 72), he told us that was not his problem & if we wanted to calculated pre-tax we should subtract 3% from the percentage we wanted to use.
Overall, while it used to be a great place to eat, I would sadly not recommend it anymore.

Nous sommes venus pour fêter l'anniversaire de mon fiancé & tout était absolument parfait ! La cuisine était succulente, pleine de saveurs & préparée avec soin. Nous avons vécu une expérience exceptionnelle chez Taza Flores ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par le service attentionné - Sophie, notre serveuse, était non seulement chaleureuse & accueillante, mais aussi extrêmement connaissante. Grâce à elle, nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis dans une ambiance conviviale, presque comme à la maison.
Nous avons dégusté cinq plats, tous aussi savoureux les uns que les autres. La qualité des mets était remarquable, mettant en valeur des produits frais & locaux. Nos coups de coeur ? Le hamachi & le tataki de boeuf - un vrai délice !
Le gérant a pris le temps de venir échanger avec nous, nous expliquant le concept du restaurant & s'assurant que nous passions un moment agréable. Une attention qui a vraiment fait la différence.
Je recommande vivement cette petite perle culinaire - une adresse à ne pas manquer !

Overall, Taza Flores is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic meal in a charming setting. We were told that the new owner/executive chef has made some wonderful changes since coming onboard five months ago. The cocktails were on point (recommend the Gimlet!) & the wine suggested by the waiter was fantastic. We chose to have the following which were all delicious : beet salad, hamachi, mozzarella, tortellini, strip loin for two, finishing off with a decadent baked Alaska. Waitstaff was friendly & super attentive! This is a great date night, friends catch up or after work drinks & dinner place. Definitely a favourite going forward!
Great place to try tappas. The server was kind & propose a large variety of plates. The tartare was awesome, Tataki & gravlak(salmon) very well presented. The manager pass by twice to know our comments. The dessert flambé was exquisite. I recommand to reserve if you plan out to go.
