Les avis convergent sur T'ami comme une adresse vietnamienne authentique et chaleureuse, avec une carte riche et généreuse allant des pho et bun cha Hanoi aux nems au crabe, rouleaux impériaux et banh xeo, et des spécialités nord vietnamiennes qui surprennent par leur authenticité et leurs sauces équilibrées. De nombreux plats sont décrits comme savoureux et bien présentés, le service est souvent chaleureux et attentif, l'ambiance conviviale et le décor agréable invitant à revenir. Le rapport qualité prix est généralement favorable compte tenu des portions et de la diversité, et le BYOW est apprécié. Authentic vietnamese food. Great quality food & fresh ingredients. The place has a Cosy & clean feel. You might have to reserve on busy evenings (like on a friday/Saturday). But generally no need before 6pm. The prices are great for portion sizes ! The main street normaly has parking . Specialy before 6pm. I been to many vietnamese places (my wife is vietnamese) ... so the standards are high ! & we can give this place (nice family owned restaurant) a 5/5 !

Simply the best Vietnamese restaurant in Montréal. Great service, authentic & generous food. I always finish everything I ordered & leave the restaurant happy. Keep it up!!
Best viet restaurant I've been so far ! Felt very authentic & food was amazinggg!! I rly liked the steamed rice rolls (bc3) & the grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves (t6). The beef stew in red wine pho (p2) was also delishh 😋
Amazing experience every time!!! Great food, warm ambiance & attentive service. We get greeted by the owner in all of our visits she's super kind & passionate ❤?.
came back a year later, honestly, food quality went down, server staff on the weekend was meh, one of the girl brought dishes out right behind my mother with scissors to cut the banh tom & didn't even say any warning no excuse me anything. bun bo hue, the broth was so salty & had too much m?m tôm taste. they changed their menu catering towards the demographic here in mtl (good for them, but as a Viet, it used to be a lot more authentic regarding our own cuisine) banh mi chao for $28?? not even a slice of veggies like tomatoes or cucumber, the beef were thick pieces like bò kho beef that they just scooped out & put on the sizzling pan, very hard to chew. the sauce was definitely lacking in'banh mi chao' flavour, only saltiness. felt like it was gentrified for a high price with under delivered flavours & components .

Very authentic Vietnamese food in a chic Le Plateau neighborhood (perfect for lunch or dinner after shopping). The friendly staffs also make you feel like your visit is to an acquaintances' place to try their home cooking
The owner/cooks are from Hanoi & you can taste it in their cooking. To all my Vietnamese friends, they have lòng d?i / bánh cu?n / d?i huy?t n??ng as weekend-only-specials so plan your trip accordingly ... T'ami is worth rescheduling for :)

Waiting 30' for a spring roll & pho & it came out mediocre. Pho was so bland that I needed to pour hoisin sauce for some flavour. Spring roll was so thin, inside falling out the moment my kid bited. I regretted coming here thinking I could have authentic Vietnamese food after a long drive.
What a wonderful dining experience! Went mid-afternoon to finally test their famous dishes & were not disappointed. Beautiful decor, great service, & unique & authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
Definitely more than the usual pho & grill places. It was our first, but definitely not our last, time
Had :
- Bánh Tôm Hà N?i (crispy shrimp & sweet potato fritters, served with dipping sauce & a small salad, & even a pair of scissors for easy sharing
- Bánh Cu?n Mixed (fantastic platter of steamed rice rolls full of ground pork, shallots, & wood ear mushrooms, slices of Vietnamese sausage, grilled BBQ pork, & meatballs in a warm dipping sauce)
- Kem Xôi Lá Dúa (exquisite pandan sticky rice
& ice cream dessert)
Had an amazing meal. Authentic food
Delicious & tasty. Service was great, family oriented visit but I have to say every dish was great it had its own individual taste. Definitely worth it & byo

My favourite dish Bún Ch? Hanoi, absolutely delicious 🤤 Authentic Vietnamese taste, highly recommended. Lovely service & great atmosphere, for bringing your wine restaurant the prices are very reasonable. Definitely be back 🙂
Incredible food wonderful people, as soon as you walk in the wonderful smell of , authentic food hits you this place is amazing Montreal needed a place like this, & so here it is go & have every thing on this menu, Tami is really passionate For, is a wonderful host , we will definitely go back for more!
I visited as a tourist, thinking Montreal being a French city would have many authentic Vietnamese restaurants. I found this highly-rated Vietnamese restaurant online & decided to try it. I ordered the classic pho, but was quite disappointed.
First, The broth wasn't hot enough, which meant the raw bean sprouts stayed raw (I had actually ordered cooked sprouts but the server seemed to forget & gave me raw ones anyway).
Second, this was the only pho I've ever had that didn't include basil leaves - the broth only contained green onions, red onions, & bean sprouts.
Third, the restaurant isn't as authentic as people claimed online.
The only positive thing was the decent meat quality.Overall, I can't recommend this place.

We had a reservation at 6h30 PM saturday & everything was delicious. It was perfect & we can feel the love put onto the quality of the food chosen, the service & the hospitality. There were no pressure to leave the table & we took the time to eat & to enjoy the desertssss. Everything was sooo perfect & so authentic vietnamese, can't wait to go back again! 11/10 I will recommend the Bun cha Ha noi (i loved the meat cha it was really lean & loved their fish sauce) 🤤 Thanks for the excellent food!
I love this authentic vietnamese place. The staffs are so sweet & the food is amazing. You can have traditional vietnamese traditional meal here like Canh Chua & Ca Kho To which i loooove! Oh & Banh Xeo too! The flavors & the childhood nostalgia hit!
Excellente place si vous voulez découvrir la nourriture vietnamienne avec authenticité. Les plats sont savoureux, les ingrédients sont frais, les plats sont bien présentés. Je recommande chaudement.
This is amazingly delicious! I tasted so many dishes from the menu & it's safe to say that every plate is FLAVOURFUL, AUTHENTIC & PERFECT. If you want to try new dishes, other than Pho or Banh Mi, T'Ami is highly recommended. A must visit for Vietnamese food lovers! Great customer service.
