Having previously been here a few months ago I have to say that there's certainly been a lot of changes. For one the dining area is a lot more spacious, the staff seems to be more engaged with the clientèle (previously I went & there was a girl more focused on staring at her phone then helping out the customers as well as, a man in his thirties CLEARLY high, glad to see that isnt the case) While some of the decor is questionable the service more than makes up for it, not that the decor was any better, the previous owners seemed to have hidden behind the word rustic as excuse for having an outdated aesthetic. While nothing truly special visually my experience here has vastly improved since the last :)
Looks different now, way less selection. Quality went down. New owners I guess, it's more a cafe now....
Service is still kind, but the atmosphere changed completely. It feels taller but smaller at the same time, not rustic bakery anymore.
This used to be one of my favorite spots to go to either solo or with friends, but it's changed quite drastically since the new ownership. Service is still mostly friendly, but the layout of the cafe makes it impossible to move around. Everyone seated has to squeeze by one another to go to the bathroom, pick up their drinks, etc. They've added more seating at the expense of every patrons' comfort :
Charmant café cosy, pâtisseries très alléchantes & café correct. Cependant, une petite tasse d'espresso était apportée sans eau & sans soucoupe, en posant simplement la tasse sur la table. La jeune fille qui apportait la tasse de café avait du mal à retirer son doigt de l'oreille de la tasse. Ce n'était pas agréable.
Le Sweet Lee's d'avant (anciens propriétaires) était une perle. Depuis sa vente à de nouveaux propriétaires, il y a une baisse notable de la qualité. Entre autres, les croissants semblent être achetés préfaits, contrairement aux délicieux croissants d'avant. Il y a moins de choix également. Nous y allions presque chaque semaine, mais nous n'irons plus, car l'endroit ne mérite plus le détour.
Just stopped in for a Chi tea latte. The food on display looked good so we decided to have a quick luncheon. Had to go back to the counter for refills...otherwise it's a great place.

Depuis près d'un an, je suis une habituée du Sweet Lee's, visitant le café chaque week-end. J'ai toujours apprécié la qualité exceptionnelle du café, parmi les meilleurs que j'aie eu à Montréal, ainsi que la délicatesse des croissants variés. Cependant, depuis le changement de propriétaire, ma satisfaction a diminué, que ce soit en termes de qualité du café ou du moelleux, de la légèreté & de l'aération des croissants qui ne sont malheureusement plus les mêmes. Néanmoins, l'ambiance demeure agréable, & le personnel reste cordial.
Le personnel complètement perdu & peu intéressé par la clientèle surtout ceux qui font du café. Nourriture correcte. Endroit un peu spécial, pourrait être mieux tenu.
J'ai récemment découvert ce charmant Boulangerie & bistro & je suis enchanté par leur sélection de gâteaux & de tartes. Chaque bouchée était un véritable délice pour les papilles! Leur café était également excellent, parfaitement torréfié & accompagnant à merveille les douceurs sucrées. L'ambiance chaleureuse & le service attentionné ont ajouté à l'expérience. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous les amateurs de bonne pâtisserie & de café de qualité
What's happened with this place I liked this coffee place so much before, especially the original & so beautiful decor. Now, with the white walls, cheap chairs, & repainted vintage-looking ceiling (my favorite 🥲), the ambiance is gone. The food looks smaller & there's less choice than before. We bought our favorite croissants, &... they were not good cooked inside (I hope I'll not be sick). With the old owners, we had this feeling of being with a family. Now, ... it's cold, any "Allo" when you come inside. With a broken heart, I'm putting this one star for ambiance. One more place that's gone ... 💔
This place used to be good, nothing seems fresh anymore. They used to make a real chai latte, now its syrup. Quality has gone out the window.
Very cute & cozy cafe. Food was delicious & my chai was very tasty also (: staff was very kind & friendly!
