After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, amongst other food allergies and intolerances, my passion for baking became an obsession! I created my own recipes and gluten free flour blends to be able to recreate my favorite foods and baked goods. I have dedicated my life to sharing my creations with our Gluten Free Community. We are a market leader in gluten free products, constantly evolving and perfecting our recipes. I am proud to offer our customers a wide range of Gluten free baked products as well as Cake and Baking mixes to make in the comfort of your own home.

From desserts, to breads, pizza and more, we create superb gluten free equivalents to all our favorite recipes. And honestly…most of us wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. They’re THAT good!!!

Susie sans gluten est un petit paradis pour les coeliaques! Tout est sans gluten & on y retrouve des produits variés. Le comptoir à desserts est impressionnant! Le vendredi, on y sert des repas de type fast-food, impossibles à manger ailleurs à cause des contaminations croisées. Chez Susie, aucune contamination à l'horizon! Longue vie à ce commerce qui comprend les difficultés à vivre avec cette maladie.

Very nice, clean & helpful staff. Went for my wife, lots of choices with prices ranging from low to high. Great desserts too.

My favorite go to spot in Laval Quebec !! 100 % gluten free , they carry all sorts of stuff from bread to desserts. It's a one stop shop as they carry in house made items (cinnamon buns to die for) to croissant (from Boulangerie Le Marquis , another gluten free bakery). The owner is a real sweet heart & her baked goods are worth the drive .

Depuis que je ne peux plus manger de gluten (bientôt 2 ans!), c'est l'un des rares endroits où je me sens enfin « normale » en commandant un dessert, un pain, ou un repas savoureux sans devoir m'inquiéter. Tout est délicieux, sécuritaire & fait avec amour.

Suzie Sans Gluten a littéralement changé ma vie. Leur équipe attentionnée, leurs produits incroyables & l'ambiance chaleureuse font de chaque visite un petit bonheur.

Susie thank you for putting a smille on my daughters sweet face again. This place is our new happy place with desserts that are so delish, they have an awsome Frozen section ,from pizza dough to bread ,wontons & dumplings. Her pistachio raspberry cake is to die fix along with her carrot cake. It's a visit you will adore.

Great place for people with dietary restrictions. They a good variety of both the prepared desserts & packaged gluten-free ingredients. I found they mistly focus on the gluten-free products, so I hope they expand their options for people with allergies to eggs & nuts, as well.
