I have been buying from Susie since she worked at TAU & she never disappoints. I would highly recommend buying the baked goods that she has displayed at front. Thanks to these amazing baked goods that Susie creates, I never feel like I am missing out. It makes having celiac much easier. I stopped wishing that things were different all the time because I realized that there really are places like Susie's that exist to support people with Celiac- & she is genuinely supporting us in the best way possible. She also makes the best macarons of all time. Truly, I had no idea macarons could be that good. Every time I go to Susie's bakery, I find a new favorite baked good. She is always surpassing herself. I am so grateful for her business & I hope it continues to grow.
A one stop gluten free store with a variety of gluten free products. It's nice to walk into a store & be able to grab anything off the shelf, not to mention a generous freezer isle with all sorts of pastas, hashbrowns, & meals. With cakes so good you can't tell they're gluten free, ice cream with gluten free cones. They have an extensive pastry selection, from doughnuts to macarons, to tarts, cake cups & pops, you name it. Their rolling restaurant Fridays where they do different take out meals entirely gluten free, from big Mac like, to pizza, to Greek, to Chinese! When you've had so many options taken away it's really a blessing to have some normalcy. It really is a blessing having this place in Laval.

Très déçue par ces croissants aux amandes sans gluten, vraiment pas de goût.À 9,99 $, le prix est totalement exagéré pour un produit qui n'est pas frais & qui est tellement dur qu'il est difficile à couper. Je ne recommande pas.
price of everything is outrageous. Just because something is gluten free doesn't mean I should pay 4 to 5 times the cost. People that have celiac like my partner struggle enough!
Un endroit 100 % sans gluten & 100 % sécuritaire pour les personnes coeliaques. Lorsque nous passons dans le coin, nous devons nous arrêter. Pour ma part, c'est le paradis. Je peux tout manger. Dernièrement, nous avons goûté au gelato & à la queue de castor, & c'était délicieux. J'adore ! J'aimerais qu'on ait la chance d'avoir ce commerce à Sherbrooke. 🤞🏻
Prix très élevés comparativement à ailleurs. Les produits tablettes peuvent être facilement trouvés à 25-30% moins cher ailleurs. À cela s'ajoute la fraicheur des produits préparés. Les pâtisseries sont bonnes quand elles sont fraîches, mais malheureusement cela n'est pas le cas. Les pâtisseries sont souvent dures & datent assurément de plusieurs jours. Pour les produits congelés, ils sont souvent vieux (par exemple une baguette de pain à 10$, congelée & qui date de 2024). Décevant comme boutique puisque l'idée est bonne, soit d'avoir une boutique 100% sans gluten où on n'a pas à se soucier de ce qu'on achète. Il faudrait assurément que les prix soient revus à la baisse & qu'il y ait un meilleur roulement sur le fraicheur des aliments.
Toujours un superbe service à celui de Laval, j'ai mes achats favoris, mes classiques mais que dire de ce MAGNIFIQUE comptoir à pâtisseries.... y'a de quoi en baver de choix! Magnifique pour un choix de dessert à apportez quelque part ou recevoir des gens qui mangent sans gluten!
I am not from Quebec but live in Alberta. I purchased a cake mix at a winners store. It was fabulous. No one could tell it was gluten free. I had a birthday party for a 7 yr old girl that needed gluten free & it was perfect. I will definitely keep my eye open for more of these as I have friends that need it. Thank u for a great product.
