After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, amongst other food allergies and intolerances, my passion for baking became an obsession! I created my own recipes and gluten free flour blends to be able to recreate my favorite foods and baked goods. I have dedicated my life to sharing my creations with our Gluten Free Community. We are a market leader in gluten free products, constantly evolving and perfecting our recipes. I am proud to offer our customers a wide range of Gluten free baked products as well as Cake and Baking mixes to make in the comfort of your own home.
From desserts, to breads, pizza and more, we create superb gluten free equivalents to all our favorite recipes. And honestly…most of us wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. They’re THAT good!!!
Overall the reviews describe Susie Sans Gluten as a lifeline for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, offering a wide range of gluten free staples, breads, desserts and ready to eat items with a strong emphasis on cross contamination safety and ongoing product improvement as new options arrive. The store is noted for being clean, well organized and staffed by friendly, helpful personnel, with Friday takeout meals adding convenience. Many customers praise the quality and variety of in house made products and mention favorites such as pizzas and pastries, while some note that prices can be high for specialty items and a few pastries are overly sweet or have grainy textures. The shop is seen as a go to place for pantry staples and treats, and there are reports of successful gluten free baking using the flours and mixes available, making it feel like a welcoming community hub for those avoiding gluten.
Everything is so good 😭😭
My friend brought a ton of treats up north so I haven't been inside myself, but everything I've tried so far is absolutely to die for. I'm not finished everything she bought, but so far I've had a cannoli with chocolate that was so rich & flakey it was delicious. I had the ménage à trois cookies, which were so soft & gooey & amazing, a ton of candies which tasted super fresh & delicious, & the most gorgeous loaf of bread. I still have a ton more to try, like the croissant & a few more varieties of cookies. I can't wait to check this place out in person next time I'm in the area!

I was diagnosed with celiac disease almost exactly a year ago, & this shop was literally a lifesaver for me. It made this difficult transition a lot easier &, above all, way more tasty! ☺?
They are always improving & coming up with new recipes. There are the awesome Friday takeouts, & they also recreate items we can't have, like BeaverTails or fast food classics. Over the last year, everything I've bought there has been great, but I especially love the pizza dough, chocolate cupcakes, tortellini, chocolatines, & the new miche bread. I'm really grateful to have this shop not to far when I'm craving a little sweet treats or for pantry staples. 🩷
To clarify: I NEVER GOT A CROISSANT from this shop. I got MUFFINS, WHOOPIE VELOURS & ECLAIRS.
THEY TASTED LIKE HUMIDITY. They were sagged down, too soft, with a freezer burn taste as well.
I am usually not a person who writes reviews or attacks companies. Nobody is trying to close you down or ruin you. We can't live life with such victim complex.
I wrote this because I spend a good amount of money for a product that was not just bad but made me question the safety aspect of it. Then I saw MULTIPLE (not just one) bad reviews & the replies the customers got & thought your delivery was unhinged.
As you mentioned before, gluten free bakeries are hard to find. & that is probably why unfortunately many of your customers have low standards. But trust me: eventually your obsession with not taking accountability & playing the victim will get to your business, mark my words.
Original post:
I was disappointed with my uber eats order from this place. I didn't find mold like some others say but it was all saggy, it tasted like freeze burn. Shocking to see other reviews with similar issues & the owner taking 0 accountability. I will stick with Le marquis :) great people & very fresh!
I never said I got saggy croissants so you trying to blame them is kinda funny because i got from you SAGGY items & yes the word is saggy: adjective: saggy; comparative adjective: saggier; tending to sink or bulge downward under weight or pressure. This is terrible customer service btw. You trying to be condescending to people who criticize & never taking accountability is only gonna bring you so far.
Your items tasted like humidity. Good luck in your personal life cause this very much shows who you are as a person.

First off, I emailed Susie Sans Gluten to ask if they have'Dairy Free' products. Within minutes, they replied with a yes.
I went over to the bakery in Laval & was served by a smiling gentleman & picked out a couple of delicious looking cupcakes. One being chocolate, & the other was a Crepe cupcake.
These were for someone else, & said they were fresh & tasty. Will definitely return, & highly recommend for those who need'gluten free' or'dairy free' products.
