I was there visiting Montreal for my 50th birthday & stopped in for sushi. They gave me extra salad & complimentary drinks. They were so sweet & the food was delicious.
The sashimi at Sushi Rosa is truly fresh & sweet, with thick, authentically Japanese-style slices of fish.The restaurant's cozy atmosphere & refined decor create a comfortable & relaxing dining experience.The staff are quick, welcoming, & very attentive to customers.This is definitely a must-visit for lovers of Japanese cuisine.

This was truly some of the best sushi I have ever had. Their menu is very diverse, there is something for everyone. On top of the amazing food the staff was lovely, very welcoming & caring. This is my new go to !
The food was amazing, such great quality & so so delicious! The staff were incredibly kind & efficient & made the entire experience ten times better! I'm so happy to have found my new favourite sushi restaurant!!!
Sushi Rosa est tout simplement délicieux ! En plus de la qualité des plats, le service a été excellent du début à la fin. Très belle attention de leur part : ils nous ont offert une réduction sans même qu'on la demande, simplement parce que nous étions venus célébrer l'anniversaire de ma femme. I was very impressed with the service at Sushi Rosa. The staff were gentle, attentive, & knowledgeable about different types of fish, providing excellent advice to customers. Even though the restaurant was quite crowded during peak hours, the food was served very quickly & beautifully presented. I will definitely be coming back many more times.

The sushi here is presented with exquisite detail, looking like a work of art on the plate.The chef's cuts are very precise, the ratio of fish to rice is perfect, & there isn't too much starch.
I was particularly impressed with the eel nigiri; the sauce was rich & the charcoal-grilled aroma was very distinctive.
The restaurant's ambiance is distinctly Japanese, creating a warm & elegant atmosphere.
Everything at Sushi Roa, from the reception to the taste of the food, is meticulously cared for.Especially the eel & salmon dishes, which are incredibly flavorful & unforgettable.Deserves 5 stars for the attention to detail & dedication put into every dish served to customers.

Tried Sushi Rosa in Montreal & had a great experience. As someone with celiac disease, I really appreciated how seriously they took my gluten allergy staff were attentive & careful, which made me feel safe eating there.
The sushi rolls were fresh, flavorful, & beautifully prepared. On top of that, the customer service was top-notch from start to finish.

Highly recommend. Delicious, fresh food. Fried sushi was hot, cold sushi was fresh, rolls were fully packed, & the flower decorations are just stunning-I personally have never seen that at a sushi restaurant. Very reasonable prices.
Very warm & kind service went well above & beyond as well. They thoughtfully helped us celebrate our friend's birthday as well.
Solid sushi. Took awhile to get our food but we weren't in a hurry. Once it arrived, you can taste the freshness of the sushi. Will try again if we are ever in Montreal again.
I just had a very enjoyable date night here. Sushi Rosa's ambiance is cozy, sophisticated, & extremely clean. The soft lighting & beautifully presented dishes, like works of art, made the meal much more enjoyable. The staff were very polite & attentive. I will definitely be back!
A fantastic culinary experience! The biggest plus point of Sushi Rosa is the freshness of the seafood. The salmon sashimi slices are thick, succulent, & melt in your mouth. In particular, the rice rolls are creatively prepared, with a rich sauce that doesn't overpower the natural sweetness of the fish. Definitely worth trying if you're a connoisseur of Japanese cuisine.
