I am very impressed with the quality of the sushi here. The sashimi is fresh, with thick cuts of fish that retain their natural sweetness & a truly fresh taste. The dishes are professionally presented & look incredibly appetizing. The sushi rice is fragrant & perfectly textured, with just the right amount of vinegar seasoning that pairs beautifully with the fish. The grilled eel is aromatic, rich, & tenderly fatty-a flavor that leaves a lasting impression.
Amazing!!! All the staff greeted us very warmly as soon as we walked in. They have a very diverse menu with so many options. The food came out so quickly after we ordered & their presentation was impeccable. Fresh flowers on the platter with candles.
Of course all the food was amazing too. We ordered the chef special assorted & the tartare. Both had fresh fish, great flavour, delicious, generous sizes too.
The food was brought out also on a robot so that was neat.
The prices were affordable as well for the quality & amount you get.
