This is a spot well worth trying if you love Japanese sushi. The fish is fresh, & the sashimi slices are thick with a natural sweetness that makes for a truly satisfying experience. The presentation is meticulously crafted, making the dishes as visually appealing as they are delicious. The sushi rice has the perfect texture-sticky yet firm-& is fragrant, seasoned with a harmonious balance of vinegar. The grilled eel is a standout highlight; the sauce is rich & flavorful, while the eel meat is tender, fatty, & incredibly appetizing.
Though the service was quick & friendly, the sushi was strangely bad. The rice was mushy & the assembly of the sushi was amateurish. I've never eaten such poorly prepared sushi.
