I had a great experience at Sushi Rosa. The space is cozy & modern, creating a relaxing feeling as soon as you step in. Attention to detail in the decoration & lighting enhances the sophistication. The menu is diverse with many types of fresh sushi. In particular, their sushi rolls are really excellent - fresh salmon, real rice & harmonious spices. The service team is very friendly & attentive, always ready to advise on suitable dishes. Reasonable prices compared to the quality of food. Sushi Rosa did not disappoint me with my recent dinner. The restaurant is spacious & clean, creating a comfortable feeling for diners. I was especially impressed with the sashimi dishes, the fish was very fresh & prepared perfectly. The tempura was also delicious, crispy & not greasy. However, the waiting time was a bit long, perhaps because the restaurant was crowded. However, the attentive service & professional attitude of the staff made up for this small minus point. Sushi Rosa is a great choice for those looking for a combination of quality food & good service.

I tried Sushi Rosa & was quite satisfied with the service & quality of the food. The restaurant has an elegant space with a gentle lightness & pleasant background music. The sushi dishes were beautifully presented & tasted great. I ordered the whitebait & salmon sushi, both of which were very fresh & delicious. However, the prices were a bit higher than some other sushi restaurants in the area. However, I think the freshness & attentive service at Sushi Rosa are worth the price. This is an ideal place for special occasions.
We were staying at the hotel across the street & decided to try Sushi Rosa for lunch. The atmosphere was very nice with cool decorative art on the walls. While talking with one of the staff members, we asked if they had dim sum. She explained that they were going to be adding dim sum to the menu within the next year as they were currently sampling the menu. Shortly after, she came back & gave us a plate of what I believe was tofu dim sum & it was amazing!!!! We told her how great it was & she offered it on the house as a gift! Our main meal was also very good. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients in the rolls. Although it doesn't look like much on the outside, it is one of those places that you just have to try!! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Montreal & when dim sum comes on the menu in a year!! Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful dinner at Sushi Rosa. The restaurant has a quiet space, suitable for dates or meeting friends. The sushi & sashimi here are really fresh, skillfully prepared & beautifully presented. I especially like the salmon sushi & grilled eel, which are very rich & delicious. The staff are very attentive, always smiling & willing to help. The menu is diverse & rich, with many options for vegetarians. I am very satisfied with the experience here & feel the price is worth the quality. This is definitely one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to.

As seasoned sushi enthusiasts, we can confidently say that this was some of the best we've had in a long time. If you appreciate top-quality sushi, this restaurant is a must-visit. Highly recommended! The beautiful, serene décor adds to the already relaxed atmosphere, enhancing the dining experience, as does the wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, & very helpful service. The owner,Jessica is a very nice & friendly. She gave us everything we want for free like water bottles, dessert. We feel at home 😘 We highly suggest this elevated establishment for any occasion. Food was delicious & fresh, reasonable prices, no questions there! However we did not like the service & atmosphere. If you come with friends they will put all the food together in one plate you do not know which food is which & it took some time before food came in! Windows needs some cleaning!
