The sushi here is presented with exquisite detail, looking like a work of art on the plate.The chef's cuts are very precise, the ratio of fish to rice is perfect, & there isn't too much starch.
I was particularly impressed with the eel nigiri; the sauce was rich & the charcoal-grilled aroma was very distinctive.
The restaurant's ambiance is distinctly Japanese, creating a warm & elegant atmosphere.
The service & food were excellent, yet the prices were incredibly reasonable, suitable for all budgets. The staff were quick & attentive, always refilling tea & offering enthusiastic recommendations. A wonderful dining experience, I will definitely return soon to try more dishes.

Highly recommend. Delicious, fresh food. Fried sushi was hot, cold sushi was fresh, rolls were fully packed, & the flower decorations are just stunning-I personally have never seen that at a sushi restaurant. Very reasonable prices.
Very warm & kind service went well above & beyond as well. They thoughtfully helped us celebrate our friend's birthday as well.
Solid sushi. Took awhile to get our food but we weren't in a hurry. Once it arrived, you can taste the freshness of the sushi. Will try again if we are ever in Montreal again.
I just had a very enjoyable date night here. Sushi Rosa's ambiance is cozy, sophisticated, & extremely clean. The soft lighting & beautifully presented dishes, like works of art, made the meal much more enjoyable. The staff were very polite & attentive. I will definitely be back!
A fantastic culinary experience! The biggest plus point of Sushi Rosa is the freshness of the seafood. The salmon sashimi slices are thick, succulent, & melt in your mouth. In particular, the rice rolls are creatively prepared, with a rich sauce that doesn't overpower the natural sweetness of the fish. Definitely worth trying if you're a connoisseur of Japanese cuisine.

The service was excellent, staff (Vanessa & the waitress) were friendly, attentive, & made sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. The atmosphere was also very pleasant, clean, & comfortable, making it a great place to relax & enjoy a meal.
I go every 10 days there with my kids for the last couple of months. Always smiling, great decoration of food. Quality ingredients & always tailored to needs (my kids are difficult). Very well located close to bell arena. Great price value made with care. Simple & worth it. Not for snobbish people: keep it simple!

I tried the sushi at this restaurant & it was absolutely delicious-fresh, beautifully presented, & full of flavor. The experience was even better thanks to the amazing service we received from Vanessa, who was attentive, friendly, & made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Definitely a place I would come back to, both for the quality of the food & the outstanding service.
The portions were so small it felt like I paid full price just to get a sample. The rolls were barely the width of my index finger. On top of that, the food didn't taste fresh. The rice was mushy. I honestly don't understand how this place has a 4.7 rating. Unacceptable. Stop ripping people off.
J'ai pas compris . C'était pas bon , mal fait .. ça manque de riz & on dirait il était fait en quelques secondes ..tu peux faire mieux à la maison seul .
le dragon s eye est là ( photo encerclée ) mais pas de friture . Le saumon n'est pas frais .
On a dû attendre beaucoup pour qu'ils envoient qlqun pour la réclamation & la dame a commencé à crier directement . Disant qu'elle nous donne ça gratuit donc pas de review à écrire . Elle dit que ses clients aiment le sushi sans riz c'est pour cela qu'elle met moins …& dit que le saumon sent pas frais car il a été fris ? C'est pas convaincant . J'ai mangé le sushi un peu partout ailleurs & c'est la première fois que j'entends ça.

The line cook didnt show up to work today. Bad day i guess but the service to me was great. They gave me a discount for making me wait just about 2 mins.
