My colleaugue Peter sent me here & his recomendation did not dissapoint. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. The restaurant is beautiful & clean, ther service is impecable. The food is so fresh & tasty after the 1st sushi you know you cant stop.They had every single kind on the menu. They also have a vast selection of wines & other drinks. This place really impressed me. I will sure come again & recomend it over & over again. The people who are rating this restaurant at a low star rate have no clue about quality of food.
We tried it for the first time because of all the great food reviews we've read. To be honest, Compared to our family's usual spot the taste is not just there, sorry! Some of them are tasty but I would say 95% of the rest tastes the exact same thing you can buy at Place Vertu kiosk, not even Sushi Shop quality to be honest. Wish them the best anyway!

Amazing find! The food is fresh quality is amazing. Very happy it has become my #1 spot for all you can eat sushi. Thank you for the amazing service too.
I just love this sushi place. Just because it's all you can eat, they still don't compromise on quality. Fresh & tasty food & efficient, fast service. Very clean. I always come back here!
Use to be sushi st Jean, now new owners new menu. The food is great, quality is really good & really happy with the choices. New manager was nice to come over to see how are meal was at the end. Will definitely come back

Best sushi ever. please ignore the fake reviews, this place is probably getting hate from other sushi places. I read all the "bad" reviews & they are all lies. It's exactly the opposite. Service is very fast. You will never find a hair. Seriously? Why are these people lying. I've been there atleast a dozen times this dinner is cleaner than a church. Even thier wasabi & pickles taste very fresh. Food is top quality directly from the water & never frozen. I never tasted something as fresh & Authentic. Absolutely the best of the best
This place NEVER disappoints. Dont listen to fake reviews that are bieng posted by fake people. I work in the food industry & noticed that this place was 4.9 when it opened & it is STILL 5 stars. This restaurant is SO GOOD I am guessing there are competitors who post nasty reviews. They are fake. I haven't met anyone who ate there & complained. We all love it. I dont mind driving 50 min to come down here. If you're having a bad day, you should honeslty invest in a good experience. Food is HEAVENLY. The vibe is just exquisite. You will never ever get this quality of taste offered in every single dish anywhere in Montreal. My fav are the spicy mussels, Tattaki, Teriyaki Salmon, all handrolls, dumplings, tender chicken skewers, oozing shrimps... actually EVERYTHING. Every dish is truly a work of art. Taste is super original making you feel like you traveled somewhere far. Please TIP THESE GUYS GOOD. I wish we can all report the fake reviews & help this resto reach back to 4.9. 120% best sushi in Montréal. Nothing compares to sushi Hin. Every other place truly sucks. Looking forward to host my next big birthday.🍣
The food quality is much better than St Jean! As an all you can eat, it's great! The service wasn't great! The ordering system has an issue & we didn't receive everything & received them very late! Nobody accepted or apologized for it, only ignored!

Sushi Hin has taken over brillantly over previous owner (Sushi St-Jean) They have 2 different menu options for lunch & dinner. For the Lunch that we selected during a weekend it was 29$ per person. For a little more ypu can select dinner even at lunch time to unveal lot more options. Quality is amazing. & yes you want to order more of the same.. meaning that taste & execution are great ! Oh yeah. memories came back.. & YES it was pack in no time. Kitchen was taking order until 2.30pm Maki, sashimi (salmon), hosomaki, temaki & kitchen wow.. kitchen amazing. I had that beef brocoli.. & yeah crispy tender.. perfect. I sampled a lot of everything & it was actually very good !!! Staff.. Perfect.
We went on a Sunday, & the restaurant was packed! We were impressed with how quick, attentive, warm & efficient the service was. Great staff & I would say that this is easily one of my top AYCE in Montreal. Quality is great especially for the price. Enjoyed their rolls, sashimi & skewers. We also enjoyed the cocktails (go for the lychee martini yum) & also the nice selection of sakes & soju. Will definitely return & happy that the West Island gets to have this gem in their area!

Very good all-you-can-eat sushi experience with convenient parking available. While not the absolute best I've had, the sushi is generally fresh & flavorful, with a decent variety of rolls. The service is friendly & efficient, & the atmosphere is pleasant. There were a few minor inconsistencies in the quality of some rolls, but overall, it's a solid choice for satisfying your sushi cravings at a reasonable price. It's definitely a step up from the old Sushi St. Jean that used to be in the same location.
Best all you can eat in the West Island hands down. The fish is fresh & great quality while the calm atmosphere & kind waiters make you feel welcome & taken care of.
