We had all you can eat dinner at sushi Hin. We had an amazing experience. Sushi was made with fresh ingredients, lots of variety & options. Wok shrimps were exceptional. Service was excellent. It was my daughter's birthday they brought her green tea cheese cake, it was delicious. Highly recommended.

The food was super fresh, every dish came out quickly, & the presentation was on point. The variety is amazing-so many options that kept everyone at the table happy (& full!). From the sushi rolls to the hot dishes, everything tasted incredible.
The atmosphere was cozy but lively, perfect for enjoying a fun family night out. The staff were friendly & attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they really care about their customers' experience.
If you're looking for a place to enjoy quality sushi, unlimited choices, & great service, Sushi Hin is it. Definitely our new go-to spot-we'll be back soon!
Amazing quality food so many options from the menu on top of that the service was amazing, good conversation with server with the owner as well, DEFENETLY recommande this place for everyone! :)
Overall, it was a good experience. For $29 it is a good deal for lunch, however it is missing some options such as shrimp on skewer, which is understandable. However I did find that the presentation & the quality was not up to standard to others AYCE restaurants close by. It tasted good, but the rice was falling apart & was not as presentable. I will say that the service is very quick & they are professional, & the restaurant is clean.
This place has opened where was formerly Sushi St-Jean. Let me say this has been a huge upgrade in not only food quality but also in service. They offer more than 100 options all-you-can-eat, & the food has a much better quality than the competitors in the neighborhood. The service is great, they bring your orders almost instantly, despite the fact that the place is always packed with costumers. I would definitely reccomend this place as it is one of the best sushi places in Montréal.

Les sushis sont frais, bien préparés & généreux en garniture. Le service est rapide & attentionné, même aux heures de pointe. L'ambiance est agréable, idéale autant pour un repas entre amis que pour une sortie en couple.
Petit plus : le choix est varié, incluant des options végétariennes & des plats chauds savoureux. Je reviendrai sans hésiter ! 😍🥢

L'accueil & le service était très bien, la cuisine globalement bien pour un all you can eat mais j'ai été un peu déçue après avoir vu des avis si élogieux. Je ne savais pas que plusieurs options n'étaient pas disponibles le midi ( ça se comprend avec la différence de prix mais c'est bien de le savoir avant), les sushis sont bons mais le riz manque d'assaisonnement ( vinaigre ect ). La plupart des plats étaient bons & les portions étonnement généreuses, sauf le poulet au citron qu'on a vraiment pas aimé. Ca reste un bon restaurant all you can eat surement bien mieux le soir.
I went on a Tuesday evening. We were seated promptly. Everything came quick. We went with 1 hour left until last call but it was still enough time for us to be able to enjoy the many delicious dishes they had. They also many drink options. I will definitely be going back to try the dinner options. The price was not too bad as well.
Sushi Hin has taken over brillantly over previous owner (Sushi St-Jean) They have 2 different menu options for lunch & dinner. For the Lunch that we selected during a weekend it was 29$ per person. For a little more ypu can select dinner even at lunch time to unveal lot more options. Quality is amazing. & yes you want to order more of the same.. meaning that taste & execution are great ! Oh yeah. memories came back.. & YES it was pack in no time. Kitchen was taking order until 2.30pm Maki, sashimi (salmon), hosomaki, temaki & kitchen wow.. kitchen amazing. I had that beef brocoli.. & yeah crispy tender.. perfect. I sampled a lot of everything & it was actually very good !!! Staff.. Perfect.

My fiancée & I decided to try what used to be sushi st-jean & now is sushi hin. Let's just say the past is the past because the new management & owner has really given this place a new life. We always take more pictures trying out new places for the reviews, but this time we were both so into the food & the options that it completely made us forget to take any. Great atmosphere, great sushi & even the meat options were simply better than other buffets. We will be coming back 100% & the manager/owner is also really kind & clearly cares to make the restaurant work, recommend it to everyone to at least give it a try, if you don't like it, we'll take it for ourselves 😁😁😁
Oh.. my.. God.. wife chose this on the fly since we were craving sushi & in the area. BEST CHOICE EVER!! We started receiving food litterally a min after ordering! Everyone seems genuinely happy to serve you, food is AMAZING!! We've eaten alot of all you can eat sushi restaurants & this one comes out on top! Some options here that you don't find in any of the other ones.. I'm writing this on a happy & satisfied belly :D
Extremely happy that the restaurant reopened under new administration!! Excellent servings sizes & tasty food! A lot of options to choose from. Ordering is made easy from QR code using your phone which is much more hygienic.
Excellent experience at lunch on a weekday. Attentive staff & great options including sashimi, which at many places is only available for dinner. It was 26.99 for weekday lunch all you can eat plus tax/tip.
