This evening, the female staff member who was wearing round glasses & had many tattoos on her arms did not seem suited for this kind of job. She was very irritable & looked like someone who had come out wanting to pick a fight with someone. My children were frightened by her expression & attitude. It was very unpleasant. However, the other female staff member who made our drinks was kind, so I held back.
J'étais une cliente régulière de cette succursale mais suite à des délais trop longs & des employés qui clairement ne se souciaient pas de la clientèle, j'ai arrêté cet arrêt en chemin pour le travail.
J'y suis retournée la semaine dernière à quelque reprises & j'ai été agréablement surprise de la rapidité avec laquelle j'ai reçu ma commande, malgré un fort achalandage. Le personnel était sympathique & avenant. Rien de négatif à dire, je recommencerai à fréquenter cette succursale sans hésitation.
Whenever i come to this specific starbucks, it's always so messy. All the staff first of all, are all always gossiping, laughing, screaming in the back of the store etc. while there is a whole line of people waiting to be served, like some of us have jobs & meetings to run to. However, since i come here relatively everyday, i wouldn't say the same about all staff members. Diya (I remember her name because she's always put as cashier) & some other of the girls, do their job well & are friendly. Apart from staff, the drinks are well made, but i've gotten my drink mistaken twice so far. I once ordered a grande vanilla cold brew, but was given something else instead, I also once ordered a sandwich but got the wrong type of sandwich instead. Overall, this place needs to be properly managed please!!!
Je ne sais pas s'il y a un nouveau directeur, mais en tout cas le service est vraiment au top ! L'équipe est accueillante & efficace, & le magasin est toujours très propre. C'est un plaisir de venir chez Starbucks!
I have to say it… This is hands down the worst Starbucks in the city.
The staff does everything except take your order. They're singing, on their phones, chatting with each other, hanging out in the back of the store…
Meanwhile, the line keeps getting longer & there's only one person actually making drinks. Trust me, I asked for a filtered coffee & was told they didn't have any. A Starbucks with no coffee ready. Make it make sense!!
Going to this Starbucks means accepting that your order will take 20-30 minutes, minimum.
If you want to charge $8 for a coffee & ask for tips, at least do your job properly.
The afternoon crew is the worst - rude, lazy, & completely unprofessional.
They regularly mess up mobile orders. Also, you will have 7-8 people waiting for drinks, with only one person making them & the other four employees watching her & gossiping. Sadly the worst Starbucks I have seen in Montreal.
I ordered a venti strawberry açai on mobile with no ice & it was incredibly watery. I thought its not a big deal I didn't want to bother the barista, so I ordered another tall strawberry açai on mobile & paid extra to get it with no water, just base. I was gonna fix the drink myself.
I proceeded to watch the barista add water to the drink (& not shake it). I thought surely it was a mistake so when they handed it off I told them I asked for it with no water. The barista told me the policy is that without ice it won't be filled, & didn't explain why they added water when I specifically paid to have no water.
I didn't want to be that person, but I also work at Starbucks since 6 years, this is not a policy that exists. Anyway the barista didn't seem malicious, just misinformed. I wish they had honoured it though, as part of the job is'making the moment right'.
Nous sommes client Starbucks à la place ville Marie depuis plus de 25 ans, nous commandons souvent le macchiato extra lait , & nous devons supplier pour ajouter plus de lait. Nous avons à maintes reprises précisé que s il fallait ajouter un extra $ nous étions d accord avec ça, . Ça devient agaçant de le demander de cette sorte .
Si ça ce sont les valeurs Starbucks!!! En sachant que le lait au lieu de le rajouter au client, il est versé dans l évier.
