I went to the Starbucks across from Tim Hortons near Domestic Gate A2, & honestly, it was a nightmare experience.

There were only about 6-8 customers ahead of me, with two baristas working, but the lineup took at least 20 minutes. The frustrating part was that only one barista was taking orders & making drinks, while the other was just standing behind the counter doing nothing.
Whenever the barista finished with a customer, she would turn around & chat with the other barista instead of helping with the lineup. 😩

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The service from the two employees was extremely poor. They were rude, unprofessional, & showed very little respect or attention toward customers.

I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but that does not excuse treating customers this way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously & addresses the behavior & level of customer service. Very rude employees. Extremely poor customer service & an unpleasant experience overall. They need to learn how to treat customers with basic respect.

Very disappointing experience. The service is extremely slow, & customers are left waiting for a long time without any sense of urgency from the staff. The employees seem uninterested in helping customers & can come across as disrespectful & dismissive. Even when there is a line & people have clearly been waiting, the service does not seem to pick up at all. This location really needs better customer service, organization, & professionalism.

This Starbucks is so bad; they move so slow, they do not care. A girl spilled her drink all over herself & they just stared at her & continued making drinks. It's so bad that at this point Starbucks should really consider shutting them down simply for the damage to the Starbucks reputation. Didn't know employees at Starbucks moved this slow.

Ordered an Iced Brown Sugar shaken espresso & the drink was way thicker than usual & tasted nothing like it should, it was hard finishing it. Also gave me a lot of stomach ache.

I'm not sure how but this place has managed to be the worst starbucks I've seen around around world. & the most expensive. Didn't follow the recipe, didn't apologize, didn't remake, didn't offer substitute. No wonder starbucks is failing as a global organization, their staff are incompetent.
