Lets face it, most locations have the same flavors, but the one variable that changes is the staff & this location's staff is top notch! You'll feel right at home!

(This review is far before the new management took over.) (5 stars to 1 ) This place is so good at giving excellent service! So fast & efficient especially Millie! She so quick with it! The staff is so funny taking orders & it makes my day! I don't know why people complain when they have to deal with many many people with so little staff. I appreciate them for everything they do.
Google says you open at 5:30 am. Your mobile app allowed mobile orders. I placed an order, went to your drive thru (around 6:15 am), no answer. I knocked on your drive thru window (I saw you guys inside) but no answer. I went to the lobby but it was locked & no one let me in.
It feels rude/illegal to be allowed to spend money & then not be able to collect what I ordered.
To the homie that served us today didn't have matcha for my already moody wifey. AGAINST ALL ODDS he saved the day with a proper replacement! Amazing service
Why is it always cold in this resto?
We're in the middle of winter & they have the fan or AC blowing cold air.
I'm sure the employees are hot while they're working behind the counter, but no reason to freeze your patrons.
Also, for the price we pay for the pre-made, nuked sandwiches, better make sure it's not dry as cardboard when served.
Almost broke my teeth on the ciabatta bread.
Le service a été absolument impeccable ! Je suis vraiment très content de l'accueil que j'ai reçu & de la gentillesse des employés :)
J'ai passer aujourd'hui le 4 janvier 2026 vers 7:45-7:53am dans le drive through & c'était myriam ou myrian une femme dans 20-25ans femme de couleur foncer avec des braids je lui est dit ma commands 2x & j'arrive & elle me donner un cappuccino a la fraise quand ma commander était un frappucino Large a la fraise avec crème fouettée & extra coulis de fraise & un jambon suisse fromage baguettes & j'ai échanger mes points & elle m'a donner un croissant fromage au lieu par la suite elle me donne un moyen Frappuccino à la fraise & me ment dans la face en me disant que c'était un large quand c'était un moyen malheureusement j'ai réaliser que le sandwich n'était pas celui que j'ai commander en route vers mon travail & je n'est pas pu faire demi tour puisque j'étais déjà en retard. Je suis très déçu du service donner. J'aimerais avoir des nouvelles .
