Pulled up to the Starbucks on Sources & the drive thru was shut down because of some police stuff in parking lot. Was a bit of a mess, but Helen we think she is the manager totally handled it. She actually came out & explained the situation to every single car one by one! That kind of care & effort is rare these days. Even with what looked like a short crew as well, she kept everything calm & positive. Honestly, she made what could've been a frustrating situation feel smooth. Major props to her!View more
