Placé a des tables juste devant la porte & la grande file, beaucoup de bruit & froid avec la porte qui souvre toujours.
Experience a ne faire qu'une fois.
Awesome experience! they have Halal & gluten free options. They also accommodate vegan! it's really good!
no wait time on Wednesday evening
Came to try it out for the first time with some friends that had been here before. Luckily one of them had joined the waitlist on yelp prior to coming here but even then we still had to wait.. not to mention how the entrance was crowded with people waiting as well & having had to wait outside in the freezing cold wasn't ideal…The staff that seated us was super duper nice, but not much can be said about the one handling the cash register. Space was very cramped. We ended up getting seated near the sauce bar, & while we were eating, we had to keep swatting away little fruit flies which was quite unpleasant & made us lose our appetite. One of my friends even ended up getting a stomachache halfway through her meal. Took us about ten minutes to flag someone down to get the free ice cream.. even then, the ice cream tasted very off. It had this chemically, nail polish taste to it. Not to mention how it slightly stained our lips & teeth… As we left, the entrance was so slippery with everyone's boots bringing in slushy snow.
Staff were very kind but Absolutely absurd pricing. I came with another person who knew in advance that soup zen would be costly & warned me about it; so she purposefully put a limited amount of ingredients in her bowl, yet her bowl came out to be 30$. My bowl WAS 50$!!!! 50??? 50$ FOR ONE BOWL OF RAMEN WHATTT. It's not like I put a hundred items, sure I put a'generous' amount of items for myself, but to be charged 50$ for one bowl of ramen is INSANE, Total for both of us was 80+$ ….. for 2 bowls of ramen……
Not to mention the spacing/seating was bad. We constantly had people & waiters walking right past us back & forth. Food was good, but 80$ ??.. seriously 80$ ? for 2 bowls of ramen…. never ever again
i have asked the dried spice but i get the soup instead. normally they give an ice cream at the end but i wait for 10 min to have waiter comet to the chair in front of me... no ice cream the end...
Ooooooooooh! Concept oooooriginal pour des saveurs unique… dans un décor qui me fait penser à… Squid Game! Si vous êtes un éternel indécis, ce n'est pas pour vous! Le petit cornet à la fin de votre repas est un must.
Very fun & interesting concept. You are given a large bowl & tongs & invited to select items from a buffet. All meat, fish, pasta, veggies are in separate bowls placed on ice. There are gluten-free options. Then you select your broth of choice, it arrives piping hot at your table.
So delicious, such a fun experience. The free ice cream at the end is the best. I've been here 4 times in the last month. If i have strong allergies that could be affected by cross contamination I wouldn't come here, because you use the same pair of tongs for every bin of food.
I went once a Thursday night & everything was fine but the service was extremely slow but the food was good. Then went back recently & got food poisoning I suspect the eggs please be careful. Never going back.
