Le restaurant est très beau mais l'espace c'est pas possible comment les tables sont collés il y a aucun intimité. C'est très désagréable. Il faudrait venir très tôt pour pouvoir peut-être choisir ou s'assir pour essaye d'avoir un minimum d'intimité, avec l'hiver si vous êtes assis au milieu vous sentez le froid à chaque fois que la porte s'ouvre encore plus désagréable. Le rester est très agréable très beau restaurant mais svp changez la façon que les tables sont placés merci!

Didn't see any obvious price/100g in the store for the Malatang. & I feel like they increased the price secretly. The service is slow which makes it look like very busy.

Not the first time i come but definitely the last. The food was way more expensive than last time, the soup was so bland it tasted like salty water, & the staff was so extremely rude it was shocking. I understand having a bad day, but looking at the reviews, it's not the first time the cashier was disrespectful. On 5 people working, one person helped us. We payed 85 $ to be treated so poorly for very mediocre food. So disappointed.

J'ai mangé ici à plusieurs reprises & je n'ai jamais été déçu, ça vaut vraiment le coup ! Le personnel est extrêmement gentil. L'attente est parfois un peu longue, mais c'est tout à fait compréhensible vu la grande qualité de l'établissement.

I've been here multiple times & it's really greattt 😛😛 I'm also Muslim so I love how easy this place makes eating out (because I usually have to go for the seafood at other hot pot places). ALSO, they often have promotions like free ice cream or free tea.
If you're Muslim or maybe even vegetarian please give this place a try because they have a lot of options & the prices are reasonable.

La nourriture est correcte & à un prix raisonnable, mais c'est très intéressant de créer son bol soit même avec les aliments qu'on aime. Cependant, il faut faire attention, car le prix peut monter vite. Aussi, il faut faire attention au piment & au sauce piquante pour les personnes pas très habituées, car mon bol était très épicé & ça a un peu ruiné mon expérience. Le service était mauvais. Nous avions réserver pour une heure précise & avions été servi 40 minutes après. Ensuite, j'ai été servi & ma copine à été servi 6-7 minutes après moi, le temps que mon bol refroidisse. Sinon, l'ambiance était correcte, mais pas incroyable car les tables sont assez rapprochées.

Very good food & reasonable pricing. Atmosphere is amazing. They give ice cream at the end from what I've heard but I wouldn't be certain bc the staff didn't say. The concept of this place is great & has good food & a clean place. The only issue I had was the staff. They don't have any clientele experience & don't know how to talk to people.
