Food is ok nothing special. Very cheap food.
There is basically no service its a pain to order since you have to use your phone. & there is absolutly no information about what you are ordering exept for a picture & cooking time.. no calories. No nutritional facts.. the music is way too loud so you have to yell to talk to someone & just makes everything way too loud. Not a fan.

I highly recommend SOTA! I've been to three different Korean BBQs & this one is my overall favourite. There's no strict time policy to stress you out. The place itself is nice, the staff was friendly, the service was sUperfast, the portion sizes were smaller - which allows you to taste more items, & overall every item was good (except the sausage - I wouldn't recommend). I particularly loved the Korean bone beef stew, the dragon roll & the array of sauces that are available to you. I was pleasantly surprised by the black sesame icecream : probably not for everyone as it has a very powerful taste which tastes like sweetened sesame oil - I loved it. The black bean icecream was disappointing : it tasted like a watered down cherry icecream. The price bracket I indicated is including tax & tip
This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. While eating at this all-you-can-eat BBQ restaurant, an elderly man with no uniform or any identification suddenly came to our table &, in a very rude & interrogative tone, kept asking,'You're done, right? Your grill is off, why don't you pay?' His attitude was extremely disrespectful.
In fact, we had not finished our meal. We had ordered more food that hadn't arrived yet, so we temporarily turned off the grill & planned to turn it back on once the food came. We were not over the time limit at all. Meanwhile, several nearby white customers had turned off their grills earlier & were eating ice cream, yet none of them were questioned. Why were we singled out? The unfairness was shocking & uncomfortable.
When I pressed him about who he was, he finally said he was the owner. I then asked why he ignored other tables whose situation was even more obvious but chose to confront only us. He stammered & said,'They are eating ice cream,' even though I still had food on my plate. Faced with my question, he went completely silent. He then said he was there to serve food, which clearly avoided addressing the issue.
I repeatedly asked him to leave our table because he was disturbing our meal. Only after several requests did he finally walk away. The entire experience was disrespectful, unfair, & left us feeling that we were being treated differently. I strongly suspect discrimination was involved. I would never return to this restaurant & cannot recommend it to anyone.

The lamb & ice cream are good, but most of the other meats are dry even if not cooked for long. The service was disappointing, most of the waiters were impatient & only guy felt nice to talk to. At the end, I almost went to scoop ice cream myself because they forgot about our order, but thankfully they finally did it for us when I went to their ice cream buckets.
Overall, it was a good experience. The food is all-you-can-eat, with some dishes standing out more than others. The staff were friendly, though they could benefit from a bit more experience. The cleanliness & organization of the place could use improvement, especially when it comes to the bathrooms. One major issue: the ice cream station was located right next to the restrooms - definitely not ideal.
First time experience, & it sure didn't disappoint ☝? Best service I've seen anywhere & the food was on point. Just make sure you're hungry 😋 Recommend 10/10
Food was mid. Service was even worse. Waiters kept forgetting our ordered items & half the things we ordered we did not receive. Menu states that 15% gratuity is added to parties of 6 or more which is fine, but we had a party of 5. They also have an undisclosed charge when seated in the basement. They do not tell you about this price increase until AFTER you are done your meal. Go here at your own risk!

Used to be one of my favorite lunch special restaurant pre-covid. Last month, I went back & its very overpriced for a lot less options on the menu. 35$ all included (tx+tips) isnt a lunch special.
