Our experience was completely ruined by the owner's behavior.

As we were finishing our meal, the owner came over & yelled at us because I had left ONE piece of meat on my plate. He claimed that particular cut cost him $30 per pound. I calmly explained that I simply didn't like that specific cut of meat. Instead of accepting my response, he grabbed a knife & fork directly from our table, pointed at the meat on my plate, & began cutting it in front of us while insisting there was nothing wrong with it.

It was one of the most awkward & embarrassing dining experiences I've ever had. The entire restaurant went quiet, & the surrounding tables were staring at us while this happened.

We immediately asked for the bill, paid, & left without leaving a tip. As we were walking out, several employees apologized to us & said they were sorry for what had happened, even mentioning that they knew their boss behaved this way.

No matter how good the food may be, no customer should ever be publicly humiliated over leaving a single piece of food on their plate. We won't be returning.

Had a bad feeling before even stepping my foot in this place & i should have trusted my guts.

They seated us in the corner table, it's the most uncomfortable while there are so many tables available. When we asked they told us that those tables were reserved but no one showed up for those tables after 1 hour we have been there. They also forgot to bring out our orders like many times.

The food here is a joke & definitely not worth the price. Especially the shrimp. Do not order the shrimps here. Definitely will never come back.

I've been here many times but yesterday service is very slow especially the cooked food very small portion it's like a joke. Ordered 3 servings cooked food came 20 minutes with like 5 pcs of 25 cents cut of meat end up grilling meat only.as most of my order didn't came. Not worth 42$ per person.

We came in with moderate expectations, based on the portable fans placed at the door to circulate air through the restaurant & our experiences in other AYCE establishments. We were very pleasantly surprised. There were lots of different options & a variety of cuts in meat, & a good number of available sides. The servers brought out what we ordered, unlike many other places that will'forget' some items. The meat was well seasoned & was decent quality for the price. Overall, worth a visit if you're craving meat!
