Haven't tried anything from the cafe but the view & whole place is beautiful so definitely a stop to go even just to admire the city from the top! After 4 they turn into a cocktail bar.

Such a good vibe with humourous & friendly staff, excellent cocktails, dim lighting & great music. Shout out to the service team who create a welcoming & lively ambiance: Louis, Carlito, Zack & James 🫶🏼 Highly recommend for a night out!
J:y suis allé simplement pour y prendre un verre. Délicieux cocktails. L'ambiance & le décor ajoute à l'expérience.. on a une très jolie vue de Montréal. Je recommande l'heure du couché de soleil sur la ville.
The most unique bar in the city, & one of few places that can claim that you're not just there for the view. The cocktails are incredible & well crafted, shoutout Louis for the coolest Japanese inspired menu. This is a spot where the drinks & the views combine into the perfect evening. Definitely a must visit bar if you're in the city!

Sora bar is a definitely to go when you are in downtown Montreal & you love cocktails. The view of the bar is breathtaking. The service was very good. The only thing I didn't like much is there food menu. There portion is extremely small. It doesn't worth ordering it. Like my tuna tartare was very tiny for what the price I'm paying for it.
Bonne expérience. Les cocktails avec & sans alcool étaient délicieux. Le serveur a oublié une partie de notre commande de nourriture, mais il nous a fait un rabais. La vue est absolument spectaculaire.

Les cocktails sont vraiment raffinés & excellents à un prix raisonnable pour la qualité + Très belle sélection de spiritueux. La vue est impressionnante; les rayons de lumière qui se reflètent à travers les cocktails lors du coucher de soleil lors du golden hour : tout simplement magique. 🍸 👌🏼

Very strange experience. The place feels luxurious while also relaxed at the same time, with beautiful views & chill music. The cocktails are intricate & delicious, with well balanced flavours. The service was, unfortunately, a let down. Nonchalant, throwing the drink coasters a meter across the table & loudly talking at each other, almost screaming, across the place. When we asked for the bill, we were made to wait some good time for no apparent reason.
I believe this can be a 10/10 place, but our experience was just not.
Overall nice experience, sashimi bowl & special maki sushi, very presentable & decent flavour. cocktail was so so. Service was pretty good. The restaurant is on top floor & supposed to have stunning view in the evening, but not when it's too dark & if you sit at the table facing the rooftop, not much to see.

The talented people who run it bring to life an intimate, welcoming atmosphere with exceptional service. It was easy to be enthralled by their infectious enthusiasm for their craft, especially since everyone was so generous in sharing their perspectives & recommendations during our time there.
The drinks themselves were incredible - beautifully presented & delicious - several of my new favorite cocktails came from behind the bar. The Honeydew & their version of the New York Sour were among the standouts.
Visiting Sora, you'll undoubtedly leave with a greater appreciation for excellent cocktails & what the best of Montreal has to offer.

J'ai été deux fois au SORA45. La première fois, c'était pour une soirée jeudi 5 @ 7. L'ambiance était vraiment cool : il y avait un DJ, & les cocktails n'étaient vraiment pas chers (martini espresso à 10$ on aime). En plus, on est arrivés vers 6h, donc on a pu profiter du coucher de soleil - c'était magnifique. La vue sur toute la ville est incroyable, & le décor aussi. Ils ont fait en sorte que tu puisses profiter de la vu peu importe ou tu t'assoies dans le restaurant. Après ça, je me suis dit que j'essaierais bien d'y aller pour manger. Donc on est retournés un vendredi soir, avec mes amis. Les prix étaient beaucoup plus élevées. Mon amie a pris le cocktail tangerine, apparemment le meilleur cocktail qu'elle avait bu de sa vie ! Niveau carte des vins, très complete, beaucoup de choix mais très peu de choix en dessous de 100$. Pour le repas, on a commandé pas mal de trucs. On a bien mangé, on était quand même rassasiés. La qualité est la, les produits sont frais, mais est-ce que c'était les meilleurs sushis de ma vie ? Non. Donc, la bouffe est bonne oui mais faut être prêt à payer pour l'expérience & le cadre. Louis, Carl, & Andrew ont été des hôtes incroyables & ça a vraiment élevé notre expérience. Merci pour la soirée!
