Un très beau café en haut d'une magnifique tour sur vue de tout Montréal. Le vrai souci c'est qu'en terme de nourriture ce n'est pas fameux, les aliments avaient l'air de traîner dans la vitrine depuis un bout de temps. Puis à 15h il restait qu'un pain au chocolat avec un sandwich au jambon. Ça ne donne pas envie.
Leurs café étaient vraiment amers. On paye surtout pour l'emplacement. dommage
Unfortunately, me & my boyfriend's experience was completely ruined by the manager's horrible attitude on tuesday night. From the moment we arrived, she repeatedly looked me up & down & spoke to us in an unnecessarily rude & condescending manner. Even simple questions were met with defensiveness, hostility & attitude. We decided to not get anything & make our way out.
What was especially telling was that when we decided to leave, she apparently realized how unpleasant the interaction had been & came over to offer us free shots at the elevator. We declined & chose to leave instead. At that point, the gesture felt less like genuine hospitality & more like an attempt to compensate for the attitude we had already experienced.
A manager sets the tone for an establishment. Regardless of whatever mood she may have been in, customers should not be made to feel judged, disrespected, or unwelcome. We came in expecting a pleasant evening & instead spent the majority of our time dealing with completely unnecessary hostility from someone who was supposed to represent the restaurant professionally.
I would strongly recommend that management review how this particular manager interacts with customers, because an attitude like this can very easily drive people away from an otherwise good establishment. We will not be returning.
My girlfriend has been to a couple Sora locations in the UK & when she discovered there is one in MTL we were extremely excited to experience it toguether.
we got there are & although the place is very beautiful with panoramic views of the skyline & a nice atmosphere. it looked very disorganized & hectic with everyone running everywhere, understandable when places get a rush of customers or get too busy so it didn't really change our excitement.
we were seated after 25min or so.
The views are amazing, the music is good. It took a while to get our first drinks, which were average but we still wanted to try more. It took us a while to get the server's attention to bring us the menu again. After that we had been trying to get the server's attention for a long time. I made eye contact & asked her to come to our table at least 4 times & my girlfriend tried a few times as well. in total we have been sitting there for at least 40min without a drink amd being ignored over & over & over ...... it just ruined the whole experience. at that point i went around looking for the server & asked her for the bill which came surprizingly fast (about 2 min after i asked for it) which makes it seem she didn't care about serving us & was happy to get us to leave.
she stood right over my shoulder after putting the machine infront of me to pay. I didn't want to make a scene so i added a small tip & left . But we are for sure never going back there.
we have been exploring the city the last few months & tried several places & i can say confidently this was the worst service we have received so far..... just disappointing.
Sora has really become one of our favorite impromptu date night locations. The staff there, particularly Alia, Collin, Sam & Louie are absolutely top class. Their energy & attention to detail really sets them apart.
Jazz nights on Tuesdays are our favorite, enjoying live music while drinking delicious cocktails. The bartenders are so innovative & choosing a drink at random is a sure way to discover a new delicious treat.
Coming to Sora means the whole entire team treating you like royalty. Absolute must not miss view, amazing views, delicious food, creative drinks! Always coming up with something new. Thank you to Colin, Alia, Louis, & Sam for always taking care of us. See you next Tuesday for some more great jazz.
Nous sommes venus de Bruxelles pour notre voyage de noces & avions choisi Sora45 pour passer une belle soirée avec vue sur Montréal. Malheureusement, l'expérience a été extrêmement décevante.
Le soir du 4 août 2026, à notre arrivée, un employé nommé Collin (4 août 20h) , qui gérait l'entrée, nous a inscrits sur la liste d'attente. Après plus d'une heure d'attente, nous sommes revenus demander une mise à jour sur notre statut.
À ce moment-là, nous avons vu plusieurs personnes arriver. Collin les a saluées chaleureusement, leur a fait la bise & leur a attribué une table pour deux immédiatement, juste devant nous. Lorsque nous lui avons demandé des explications, il nous a répondu que ces personnes avaient une réservation.
Pourtant, il est clairement indiqué que Sora45 fonctionne uniquement sur le principe du « walk-in » & n'accepte pas les réservations. Comment ces personnes ont-elles donc pu réserver ? Cette réponse nous a semblé incohérente & donne malheureusement l'impression que certaines personnes bénéficient d'un traitement privilégié.
C'est vraiment décevant comme expérience & je ne recommande clairement pas cet endroit.
It's a pretty nice place to visit at least once. The service is good, & the drinks are okay. However, the downside is that all three sides offer obstructed views of the area below. While you can still see the skyline, if you were hoping for a nice view of the surrounding area below like I was, you'll be disappointed.
