I am a huge fan of creating outdoor ambiance indoor, especially in a cold environment like Montreal where we don't have access to to the street for most of the year.
The street style decorations makes this bar a very cozy place to catch up. I absolutely adore the bath sink. If you don't know what I mean, go check out the toilets for yourself :)
The drinks were very nice, I particularly liked their IPA Test #182 & the Farfadets en Cavale. Homemade too!
The fries were also absolutely delicious, the smoky & spicy sauce was *chef's kiss*.
It can get a little loud when there are sports game happening, but it adds to the homey vibes of the place. Loved it, recommending it to everyone around me!
I accidentally used the men's washroom because it's all open concept & there were a group of men playing a bar game outside the washroom blocking the view/way to the women's (I didn't even know it was there), so I just assumed it was a single unisex bathroom. The logo on the stall next to the urinals looked like a pregnant woman, so I used it & got attitude from the drunk men when I came out. It was uncomfortable for everyone involved, including the men at the urinal.
Otherwise, great atmosphere, food is good but way overpriced ($19 for a burger with no sides whatsoever). Service was completely lacking.

Slow service, overpriced, food is absolutely average for the price, beer offers nothing special. Decoration is nice.
If you buy a burger it does not come with fries, if you add them is 5 dlls more (for freezer fries).

The glasses & even the water smelled strongly of bleach. After taking a sip, I had a burning taste in my mouth. Staff said the glasses are rinsed with water after the dishwasher, but that smell is unacceptable. If even a few drops of a strong product like bleach remain & are not fully rinsed off, it can cause serious health damage.
In my entire life I have never experienced anything like this at any bar or restaurant.
The food was also mediocre, with poorly balanced salt & flavor.
The atmosphere of the place & the service were nice, but the issue with the glasses made the experience very concerning.
Quelle super découverte! On a tenu un lunch d'équipe au Siboire hier & tout était au rendez-vous : décor superbe, excellente bière & très bonne bouffe. Une adresse à retenir, on va clairement y retourner pour profiter de l'ambiance en soirée. Idéal pour les groupes!
Bon choix pour les groupes. Nous étions au 2e & l'espace permet tant de s'asseoir pour discuter que de jouer (table ping pong). Notre serveuse a très bien géré le groupe en demandant des noms afin de faciliter le paiement des factures à la fin, & était professionnelle, sympathique & efficace.
La nourriture est une blague : des nachos où il manque plein de garnitures & des choux de Bruxelles soit disant grillés mais qui sont bouillis & même pas assaisonnés, comme dans une mauvaise cantine d'hôpital. Dégoûtants. Pour boire, ok, mais il ne faut pas manger.
C'est toujours une super expérience d'aller au siboire 🍻 la bière est bonne, les repas sont bons & l'ambiance est décontractée. Que ce soit pour une date ou un verre entre amis, le siboire est toujours un bon choix!
