The maple BBQ pulled pork poutine was the best thing we've eaten in Montreal! Good beer also.

The beers are unique & delicious. The lunch special included a beer, 2 small pork pulled sandwiches & a side, all for $20. While we relaxed on the terrace, the interior is very inviting & feels like a nice neighborhood pub. Highly recommend.

Was here for 2 watch parties during FIFA World Cup 2026. The staff was super attentive & fast with food & drink service despite the larger crowd. Food was regular bar food, burger, nachos, wings etc., & was pretty tasty. Their craft beer was excellent, stuck with the Fleur des Pyrénées as it was the flavour I was looking for & I tend to stick to what I like. Great experience at Siboire. Go & support this microbrewerie.

A great spot & a staple in St-Henri. A third place for many even! The food is amazing & so is their selection of beer but what makes this place stand out is definitely the staff ask for Ariane she's great. Highly recommend!

This is a truly incredible place.
C'est un endroit vraiment incroyable.

The food is good, but beer is definitely their strongest strength.

Went there last Sunday & it was a miserable experience.

Because my beer glass was wet with beer & leaked on my hand, I asked twice for a napkin, which didn't came until way later, before the food. By that time, the beer had dried by itself. Silly me, to expect a napkin in a restaurant!!

The pulled pork poutine had no pulled pork, but bits of tasteless & disgusting pork. The companions at my table confirmed it was not pulled pork, but the waitress looked me in the eye & insisted it was.

There was a hockey game & the louder the game & the people were, the louder the music, to a point where we couldn't hear people in front of & next to us. What's the logic of adding very loud music to all the noise?
