We had a fantastic experience at Siboire for our happy hour last night! They accommodated our large group on short notice just hours before our event & set us up in a great area of the restaurant. The layout was perfect; it allowed us to sit & enjoy some snacks while also giving us space to walk around & catch up with everyone.
The service was top-notch. Our waitress was truly on top of her game & timed every drink offer perfectly. Everyone in our group was so happy with the venue. Thank you for making our event such a success!
Was here for 2 watch parties during FIFA World Cup 2026. The staff was super attentive & fast with food & drink service despite the larger crowd. Food was regular bar food, burger, nachos, wings etc., & was pretty tasty. Their craft beer was excellent, stuck with the Fleur des Pyrénées as it was the flavour I was looking for & I tend to stick to what I like. Great experience at Siboire. Go & support this microbrewerie.
Honestly the food & drinks are very good but the portions for the main dishes are tiny. I ordered the mozzarella di bufala & my brothers ordered the burger & fries & the Mac & cheese respectively. My dish was like an appetizer & the mac & cheese was like a TV dinner portion. Honestly, I feel like they could bump the prices up a bit & give a bit larger portions for the main dishes & it would be great. The burger & fries seemed to be the best portion of food. I probably won't go back since la belle & la boeuf or les enfants terrible are better even if you have to spend a bit more.

I am a huge fan of creating outdoor ambiance indoor, especially in a cold environment like Montreal where we don't have access to to the street for most of the year.
The street style decorations makes this bar a very cozy place to catch up. I absolutely adore the bath sink. If you don't know what I mean, go check out the toilets for yourself :)
The drinks were very nice, I particularly liked their IPA Test #182 & the Farfadets en Cavale. Homemade too!
The fries were also absolutely delicious, the smoky & spicy sauce was *chef's kiss*.
It can get a little loud when there are sports game happening, but it adds to the homey vibes of the place. Loved it, recommending it to everyone around me!
We spent an afternoon at the Terrasse of the restaurant we had a couple of beers & cocktails & something to eat.
We changed the times the table because of the sun & the bees. & our waitress was very nice & funny & it was absolutely no problem.
I really like the beer menu & I'd you are not sure which beer you want to drink ask the waiters, they give great recommendations!
Came here with a big group. Making the reservation was extremely easy (for 15 people) & the service is always friendly & prompt. Great variety of drinks & the food is pretty good! Looking forward to our next visit. Merci!
I liked my visit here. We were a family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids. We had come drinks & a meal. All was good & as expected. The biggest issue is the size of the tables. They obviously decided to sacrifice comfort for profit & it shows. These tables are tiny. Kids 9 & 7, & we really struggled to each comfortably. This was a let down. One super redeeming factor was our main waitress Eve. She was really amazing, it refreshing to see a waitress being that attentive, empathetic, & genuinely happy to be there. If th managers/owners read this, Eve is the type of person that changes a 3 star review to a 5.
We reserved the mezzanine for a birthday & it was amazing. The staff let us DJ our music, we had so much fun, the drink & food were good & the price was fair. The staff were AMAZING we had fun with them, we closed the restaurant & didn't feel push. They help with keeping the cake secret in their fridge & overwall will recommended this new place to our friend & family for sure. Thanks again for everything
