I accidentally used the men's washroom because it's all open concept & there were a group of men playing a bar game outside the washroom blocking the view/way to the women's (I didn't even know it was there), so I just assumed it was a single unisex bathroom. The logo on the stall next to the urinals looked like a pregnant woman, so I used it & got attitude from the drunk men when I came out. It was uncomfortable for everyone involved, including the men at the urinal.
Otherwise, great atmosphere, food is good but way overpriced ($19 for a burger with no sides whatsoever). Service was completely lacking.
The glasses & even the water smelled strongly of bleach. After taking a sip, I had a burning taste in my mouth. Staff said the glasses are rinsed with water after the dishwasher, but that smell is unacceptable. If even a few drops of a strong product like bleach remain & are not fully rinsed off, it can cause serious health damage.
In my entire life I have never experienced anything like this at any bar or restaurant.
The food was also mediocre, with poorly balanced salt & flavor.
The atmosphere of the place & the service were nice, but the issue with the glasses made the experience very concerning.

On a choisit le Siboire Notre-Dame pour un party de travail (en petite équipe : 8 personnes) & on a été très bien accueilli. La réservation était facile en ligne, le service était rapide & nous étions bien conseillés sur les bières. À quelques minutes à pied du métro, c'est parfait comme localisation. L'ambiance était bonne & le bar est magnifique.
La game de la PWHL était diffusée sur grand écran :)
Nous avons célébré mon anniversaire ainsi que celui de deux amis dans ce bar, & tout était absolument parfait. Nous étions une vingtaine & avions réservé l'espace de la mezzanine : un endroit idéal pour profiter d'une ambiance détendue, conviviale & propice aux échanges entre tous les invités.
Le service a été irréprochable du début à la fin. Notre serveur était présent juste comme il fallait, toujours disponible, attentif, & n'a commis aucune erreur dans les commandes malgré la taille du groupe. C'est suffisamment rare pour être souligné !
On a même pu amener nos gâteaux pour un frais de coupe de 2$/convive.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir contribué à rendre ce moment mémorable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour des événements en groupe ou simplement pour passer un bon moment.
If you're looking for a quiet night, keep walking, unless your definition of'quiet' includes cheering hockey fans, clinking glasses, & spontaneous toasts to total strangers. Siboire is the kind of place where you come for a beer & leave with new friends, slightly louder than when you arrived.
The beer menu have more kinds than metaphors in a bad poem. From the saintly discipline of their alcohol-free brew to the'someone call the fire department' power of the Vin d'orge barley wine, it's a full spectrum of happiness on tap.
Perfect for groups, hockey nights, & philosophical discussions that start with'Just one more.' The staff are friendly, the vibe is contagious, & the only thing stronger than the beer is the temptation to stay for another round.
If Montreal had a friendship factory, it would look a lot like Siboire.

good beer, similar to the other branch. limited food but good quality. Service is always good. Full of people every night. Weekend is completely full. it's a good alternative if you don't wanna go to downtown. You can find paid parking on the street & free on adjacent streets. weekend is hard to find parking which is normal in Notre Dame area. a good bar to try.
Really great neighborhood bar & restaurant. It's a chill place to hang out to grab a beer & food. I had the burger recently & it was delicious. Perfect portions of food. The people who work here are nice.

Absolutely incredible bar with a great beer selection. The bartender was awesome he let us try a few beers to see which ones we would like & overall the vibe was awesome. Really enjoyed my time here will come back again 100% ! Super clean & well kept place as well plus the beers were tasting so good !
Enjoyed all the beers I tried recently on a quiet weekday afternoon. Nice variety of beers & friendly knowledgeable bartenders, offering samples & guiding choices. Would love to live close to this place to frequent it more often.
Delicious beer in a lively setting on a busy street. The bartenders/barmaids suffered my horrible French & were very knowledgeable about the beers on tap. Highly recommend Siboire Notre-Dame.
Awesome spot for beer & food. They offer more than typical bar food, like tacos & brisket poutine. Great service, amazing atmosphere, capacity for large groups as well. 10/10 would recommend :)

Très bel endroit, très grand & plusieurs sections. Grandes fenêtres & lumineux. Très belle sélection de bières de tous les types. Nourriture de pub est excellente, nous avons particulièrement aimé la poutine Al Pastor & les fish n chips. Parfait pour des groupes, ou pour déguster une bière en solo ou à deux au bar. Les prix sont très raisonnables & le service rapide.
