Entries were fantastic! remarkable mushroom steak on bread. Main courses were just nice… & the cherry on top was the tiramisu. Regardless of the fun experience of preparing it by the table, it was one of the best ones i ever tasted!
Atmosphere wise, we went at evening & the place was sooooooo busy, crowded & loud that we couldn't hear one another… that was kinda upsetting
Siamo Noi is brand new & aesthetically pleasing-like a shiny new toy-so naturally it's packed. Good for them. But if you're here for the food, honestly don't bother.
We waited 35-40 minutes to be seated, with no offer of seating or waiting area. Or even a drink. Just standing awkwardly in the way of foot traffic… (we had a reservation for a specific time & apparently our table wasnt ready ).
The food? The pasta was bland (did they forget to salt the water?) & the rigatoni was practically raw-there's al dente, & then there's undercooked. No thanks guys! The steak was decent, but charging extra for sides on a $69 portion fit for a bird is diabolical!
Appetizer portions were equally laughable for the price-truly insulting. It's like being gaslit into believing you're eating'high quality' when it's really nothing special. I get it, though-the rent at Royalmount is probably sky-high since nobody even goes there.
The highlight was the table side tiramisu, which was delicious. Enough for two, maybe-but hardly worth paying for a second portion at that price.
Verdict? Let's please never go back there.

Really enjoyed my time at Siamo Noi. Food was so good. Staff super friendly & very attentive! Will be coming back for sure!
The tiramisu & the crème brûlée were delicious!
Siamo Noi was a fantastic discovery! The service was also impeccable, as was the decor. The must-tries are definitely the drinks (especially the Pornstar martini), the focaccia, the Caesar salad, the batuta di manzo (beef tartare) & the indivia salad (if you enjoy a touch of bitterness). The pizzas-though on the smaller side-were fresh & packed with flavour (highly recommend the pistachio e mortadella). The tagliatelle paglia e fieno was also delicious pasta dish.
Don't skip dessert-the tiramisu was to die for (they assemble it in front of you), & the key lime pie strikes the perfect balance of sweet & tangy. Their desserts easily rank among the best in town.
**Side note: The vitello alla milanese wasn't the best-it lacked in seasoning & was a bit dry. The agnello scottadito was decent, but had quite a bit of fat, which took away from the red meat experience.
Everything we ordered was excellent - fresh, well-prepared, & full of flavor. The service was also great: friendly, attentive, & professional throughout the evening. The only downside was the noise level. The tables around us were extremely loud, & the server preparing tiramisu at the next table was shouting more than speaking, which made it hard to have a conversation. It's a great spot overall, but something to keep in mind if you're looking for a quieter dining experience.
I'm a staff member at Siamo Noi & I had an out of town visitor to Montreal who literally flew in, checked into her hotel & then we came here because she wanted to see this project. From working here I knew I could trust the restaurant 100% for an unforgettable evening.
Tuna crudo, anchovy toast, vitello tonnato followed by a Branzino. This was the star of the show. She said this was the best branzino she's ever tasted. I said to her that the Tiramisu was a must & the spoonfuls were divine.
The whole evening was ethereal & I'm inspired to pour my heart & soul into my work in the kitchen so that every client that comes in will have the same kind of exquisite breathtaking evening filled with laughter & love the same way I did 🙏

The food? Absolutely to die for. Some dishes are simply must-haves:
• The Acciuga & Burro & Focaccia di Recco-so good, we reordered three times.
• The Indivia salad-a perfect balance of flavors.
• The Funghetti pasta-a standout, full of depth & richness.
• The Branzino-cooked to absolute perfection.
• & for dessert? The tiramisu is insane.
Every bite, every detail, every moment at Siamo Noi feels special. An instant classic & hands down the best dinner experience in Montreal.
A phenomenal experience from the minute the elevator doors opened onto the resto, until that last spoonful of tiramisù. Beautiful decor, amazing hospitality & the food is mind-blowing! Complimenti, ragazzi!!!
