Lovely brunch place! We tried their ube menu - ube matcha was good but lacks matcha flavor. Ube cream was really good though! Pain à dore was amazing & ramen was full of flavor!
Excellente cuisine fusion: canard du Lac Brôme & nouilles maison. Carte des vins bien adaptée au menu & excellents cocktails. Personnel attentionné & professionnel. Une perle à découvrir.
The food was delicious, great presentation & as a vegetarian I was grateful for the vegan menu(a lot of options).Beautiful decor, friendly service. I highly recommend.
Amazing experience at Shushuto Bar à Ramen + Tapas for Mother's Day brunch! Our group of 7 had a wonderful time. The French toast with the omelette was absolutely exquisite, the mocktails were refreshing, & the service was impeccable from start to finish. Highly recommend for a fun & memorable brunch spot! 💐🥂

i had noodles with duck confit & it was good, but not exceptional. service was indifferent. price was high for what is on the plate. noise level on a Thursday night was loud & the music unpleasant but'hip'. the restaurant restaurant occupies the site of Magnan, but has been renovated & is unrecognizeable.
Tout était excellent du début à la fin ! Un véritable sans faute. Je les recommande fortement pour la qualité de leur sushis & de leur plat très savoureux.
Went to Shushuto today after seeing some content on Instagram & TikTok. The place is easy to access, close to Charlevoix station. The atmosphere is beautiful & the staff provides good service (at one point they forgot to bring the mayo & ketchup, but no big deal).
The food was tasty & the portions were a good size. We ordered the chicken katsu sando & the French toast with pork & a soft egg yolk - both were really good. The dessert French toast was also good, although the flavor felt a bit generic.
My only small complaint: the orange juice is tiny. I honestly felt bad for my friend who ordered it 😅

Have a whole plant based/vegan menu. Had this pizza which wasn't really a pizza BUT it was better than one. I don't even know how to describe, wish I took a picture, but it was phenomenal. So were the Udon noodles with mushrooms. Both so yummy & very affordable!

LOUIS était un serveur exceptionnel ! Professionnel, amusant, nous a donné de parfaits conseils. Franchement, Waw! La nourriture & les cocktails était excellents aussi.
Tried it out for the breakfast menu & it was pretty good. Had the omelet as well as the original pain doré. The omelet is a bit weird but good & the original was delicious. Ube latte was really good
The atmosphere is cozy & stylish, perfect for a chill night out. Food was ok but though a bit on the pricey side for what you get. Overall, a nice place to hang with friends if you don't mind spending a little extra.
Food was so so good even though I eas really hoping for soufflé pancakes, but the menu had changed.
Would go back to try all the things.
Service was very odd with server joking about how many questions I was asking, but would have thought he'd be happy to explain since it was the first time there.
