J'avais vraiment hâte de venir déjeuner ici, la place est belle & c'est accueillant. Mais après niveau service plus que 1h d'attente pour la bouff, aucun suivi durant notre visite. On a fait un changement de viande & ils nous ont chargé un extra sans savoir, bref je penses que niveau service ont est pas difficile mais un peu déçu de payer 80$ un déjeuné servi tiède & après 1h d'attente.

My wife & I had an exceptional breakfast at Shinas yesterday morning, July 29th. We'd heard good things, but what we experienced went far beyond expectations.
What stood out most was the care behind everything. You can feel it in the food, in the way the space has been put together, & especially in how the owner moves through the room with quiet confidence & kindness. It's not flashy it's thoughtful. & that's rare. After years of consulting in food & beverage, my wife & I have seen plenty of operations that try too hard or miss the mark. This one doesn't. They're doing it right. If you're anywhere near Vaudreuil-Dorion, make the time to stop in. Have breakfast. Sit for a while. You'll leave satisfied & better for it.

Amazing! Simply the best breakfast experience that I have ever had. The decor is beautiful, the food is delicious, & everything is locally sourced! Even the dining ware is Canadian. I highly highly highly recommend!
'Shinas' est bien plus qu'un simple restaurant : c'est une véritable invitation au voyage culinaire. Une cuisine aussi raffinée à l'oeil qu'en bouche, où chaque plat est une découverte savoureuse. La diversité des saveurs est un régal, sublimée par un service attentionné & chaleureux. J'ai même eu le plaisir d'échanger avec la propriétaire, dont le souci du détail & l'engagement envers ses clients sont admirables. Si vous cherchez une expérience gastronomique mémorable, n'hésitez pas : Shinas saura combler vos papilles !
Tried this place for breakfast. Very pricey for what you get. Charge for coffee. You get 1 piece of toast with the'standard' breakfast. The bacon was greasy & hard. Eggs, cold. Had to go to the counter to ask for ketchup & salt (waitress was chatting & said she'd bring it) had to wait. The place had 4 tables including us occupied. Waitress did minimal. Not worth the $58 !! Will not go back or recommend.
Very nice place for brunch ! Food made with locally sourced ingredients & greatly atmosphere the problem is the service is a little slow. But other than that would definitely recommend! Love the food.
Nous sommes allés déjeuner à ce restaurant. La jeune hôtesse était souriante, accueillante & polie malgré certains clients irrespectueux qui attendaient. Elle est restée calme & compréhensive. Notre serveuse est rapidement venue nous voir & nous a donné un excellent service du début à la fin. La nourriture était bonne & la présentation des assiettes très jolie.
Excellent lively atmosphere. Interior design makes you feel at home, the natural light comes in beautifully. The food is always so tasty & fresh. There is something for everyone on the menu. The drinks are beautiful & hit the spot every time. I personally love the iced oat milk matcha with purple cold foam & I have a soft spot for the crepes with fresh blueberry jam. This is a feel good place where you bring the people you love to have a great brunch & you leave feeling satisfied. The fact that products are locally sourced is really a no brainer on choosing this spot over any other breakfast place in our area. Eat good, feel good. 🫶
My first time here & it will not be my last! The decor is very charming with fresh flowers on each table. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted as though it was just picked or baked. The service from our waitress was excellent. We were there way too long chatting & not once did we feel pressured to leave. I will definitely be going back to try the other dishes on the menu!
J'ai découvert un beau restaurant brunch offrant une carte de repas simpliste. Nous avons choisi un repas sur planche pour 2 personnes mais qui pourrait permettre à un petit de moins 5 ans prendre le repas avec nous.
Le bémol est que nous devons payer pour un café ordinaire avec le déjeuner. La musique un peu forte.
Le service est impeccable & heureusement le réchaud du café est sans frais.
Les lieux très très propres, toilette grande & il manque une table à langer pour bébé. La poubelle est minuscule & l'idée des débarbouillettes bien qu'originale soit adéquat.
Pour revenir à la planche repas, j'ai adoré bien que le prix est discutable pour 2 personnes.
Je vous le suggère même en famille qu'en couple.

Cute place. If you're hungry though, have a snack before you go because the service is slower than molasses. I waited over 25mins for a plate of scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon with a side of fresh berries. Also, I've had better mimosas at home. For 40$ plus tip, I'd go elsewhere to get better bang for my buck, or better yet, just stay home.

Nous sommes venus pour la fête des Mères. Tout était complet, mais ils ont pris le temps de nous trouver une table. La nourriture était délicieuse & sortait de l'ordinaire - loin du brunch classique, c'était rafraîchissant !
Côté expérience client, la propriétaire prend le temps de passer à chaque table pour s'assurer que tout est à notre goût.
C'est certain que je reviendrai bientôt !
