What a gem! Bring the downtown to Vaudreuil! It's like walking into a five star Hotel, so classy & yet so warm. Sophistication with a twist, it's cozy for a breakfast among friends,with wonderful cocktails. Food is excellent, with different choices to please any pallet. I was so impressed when I walked into Shinaz! The decoration is impeccable & with a very classy ambiance. & the food... wow! Best pancakes I've ever had! Their menu is to die for... The place is very clean & welcoming. The staff are polite, professional & bilingual (which is oftentimes difficult to find). The food is very good & prepared to a high standard. Plates are not overly sweet like they are prepared for a child's palate. This is a nice departure from the typical experience. I especially loved the rösti. Yes, service is a tad slow (likely the kitchen's fault) so do not come here if you're in a rush.Voir plus

It was an amazing experience. When we say it's all about the little details well this place is it! The staff is nice & attentive. The place is beautifully decorated. To have fresh flowers on the tables & real hand towels in the bathrooms makes all the difference. The brunch board for one person, in my opinion, could have fed two people. Went for brunch with my friends (we were a group of 8), beautiful decor & lovely atmosphere. However very slow service. Our plates were all brought out at different times - which is unfortunate as some of our plates got cold as we waited for everyone to get theirs). French toast was dry & underwhelming (especially for the price), the mimosas were ok. Coffee refills were not included & had to wait 15 minutes after asking for more. Overall the price was quite high for a brunch, it is better suited for special occasions & not an every weekend breakfast stop. Unfortunately very underwhelming. The workers were very polite & so kind & the place was nicely decorated. But the food was below par. Paid 22$ for 3 pancakes that had little to no toppings. The smoothie bowl had almost no fruits on it. I find it's more focused on looking "pretty" than a nice filling & tasty plate. Left hungry & not impressed. Came here as the post-bachelorette party of my fiancé for breakfast. Upon walking in, super fancy, piano music in the back. Nice tables, seats, glassware (crystal), & lighting. The food is on the pricier side, 20-30$ range. Great taste & aesthetic. Make sure to get the French toast & have it warm, soft with panko crunchiness. Fresh orange squeezed, so the mimosa tasted great. Food chosen: 1) breakfast board 55$, swapped pancakes for more French toast 2) burrata avocado & toast 3) the IDK, standard breakfast plate 4) the IDK, swapped pork items with chickenVoir plus
I would give 10 stars if possible! This restaurant is a first of its kind, a place that Vaudreuil truly needed. The food is outstanding & the service is impeccable.
