We absolutely love that place for brunch. It's a great laid-back/cozy quality food spot & the service is second to none. Today Tristan took great care of us, he was fantastic. All staff is truly courteous & helpful. Highly recommend one of the best brunch places in the Vaudreuil area. The avocado Burrata toast is amazing & for those like me who feels too many choices causes indecisiveness, well, The I don't know plate or the shared brunch board for 2 are awesome for a taste of their specialties. Lemon-ricotta pancakes are deliciously tangy, fluffy & fresh the blueberry compote bringing a complimenting richness. Boozy or not, you will also find a great array of tasteful hot & cold drinks for everyone. All this enhanced by a great atmosphere & emphasis on supplying from small local businesses which are promoted & listed every week on their dining room blackboard.
Updated insight : If you brunch as a group on weekends or on special days (easter, mother/father's day, etc) you better call to book, because the only downside (if I am being picky) is that they do not offer online bookings such as open table or else).
Came to Shina's with a friend for brunch & Tristan was absolutely incredible from the moment we sat down! He offered drink recommendations (the best twist on a Paloma I've ever had), & he gave us menu recommendations as well that were 10/10. Even though the food & drinks are fantastic I would come back just for Tristan alone - he made the experience so much better.
Shina's is always such a vibe but Tristan makes it so much better. He went above & beyond to accommodate a custom drink order & made sitting at the best the best seat in the house. 💜

Tristan was such a sweetheart & he made really good recommendations regarding the menu & drinks. I would trust him with my life & you should trust him with incredible service. The food was delicious & the atmosphere was phenomenal. We are coming back with more people & very soon!
Excellent lively atmosphere. Interior design makes you feel at home, the natural light comes in beautifully. The food is always so tasty & fresh. There is something for everyone on the menu. The drinks are beautiful & hit the spot every time. I personally love the iced oat milk matcha with purple cold foam & I have a soft spot for the crepes with fresh blueberry jam. This is a feel good place where you bring the people you love to have a great brunch & you leave feeling satisfied. The fact that products are locally sourced is really a no brainer on choosing this spot over any other breakfast place in our area. Eat good, feel good. 🫶
Bonjour! bel endroit, aucun service , malgré réservation on a entendu 15-20 minutes, pour notre attente , cela a pris une heure de demi pour avoir la nourriture, leau n'était pas rempli, le refil café inclus devait être demander , prix hors norme, portion très petite . nourriture bonne , drink alcool très basique & peu de qualité. en gros cela ne vaut pas la peine
Was there today & not impressed. It took 40 min just to get a drink... food took over an hour, waitress very slow. It wasn't even that busy Did not fill our water. My son ordered scrambled eggs & it came with loads of dill & green onions in it. Steak was bland & toast was hard as a rock. & expensive ...
I always read all reviews before trying a new place. Opening a business is hard, putting a one star review because they are booked out by reservations is completely unjustified. Come downtown Montreal where all the food scene is & that is how it works. However, I had the worst service I've ever gotten in a restaurant, so I need to agree with those type of one star reviews. We were the first seated on the terrace on a Sunday morning, & weirdely enough, all the tables who were seated after us got their food while we STILL had our menus in front of us. There was a different waitress for every table outside, which led them to be extremely confused. I'm not sure how you manage your restaurant, I've never seen this before, but the staff is poorly trained. The table next to us got their bill & we still hadn't received our drinks(pretty crazy). You'd expect a business that knows what they are doing to compensate you for that, but they didn't. Staff is friendly but clearly very inexperienced. The food: definitely the best breakfast in Vaudreuil since it is competing with all the chains, so it is obviously fresher food, however, if you really want the best brunch/breakfast, you need to go downtown Montreal where you'll have restaurants with the same prices that are even better. The decor is nice, however could be more cozy as it is pretty big & empty inside. This place has a lot of potential if you fix your current issues.
Had breakfast for the First time on mother's day...we waited a long time for our food & when we got it, it was cold .pancakes where the only thing we liked.the french toast was hard & cold .drinks were amazing we had ice latte's . The decor is very nice but needs something on the walls it was very bright & cafeteria looking .music too low Had trouble hearing the music with the noise of people yapping.
somewhat overpriced & food was cold ! waitress was nice & drinks were good. i'd expect better quality. presentation seems to be more important than hot food

As soon you walk in the atmosphere it is cold & lacks colour & liveliness. Table placement is poor & it's tight in the back room. Breakfast menu is limited & specific. It seems to offer more drink choices than food choices. For the price tag, you'd expect at least a free refill on a cup of coffee, however, that's not the case. You pay per cup & thats sacrilege for any breakfast restaurant.
