From its construction in the early 19th century to the creation of its first factory in 1900, a lot has happened in Shawbridge. We saw the birth of a village, a school, a church, a bridge. We almost lost everything in a fire, then we rebuilt. In 1909, his name was made official in the civil constitution. Then in 2018, a second Factory opens its doors. Its mission: to put Shawbridge back on the map, one sip at a time… then we're there for that. We make great beer and great food for you, and we even make it for you to take home. A homemade vegetable garden for fresh ingredients all year round, pizzas made from beer dough cooked over a wood fire, dishes to share and tapas to lick your fingers ...

Shawbridge - Microbrasserie / Usine & Station comes across as a welcoming spot with a broad, well curated beer list and a menu that highlights local ingredients. The ambiance is warm and lively with a family friendly vibe and a covered terrace that makes it a great stop after outdoor adventures on the Petit Train du Nord. Guests praise friendly, attentive service and thoughtful recommendations that enhance meals, with pizzas, burgers, seafood and charcuterie pairing nicely with the brews. While peak times can bring longer waits and occasional hiccups in service or portions, the overall experience is positive and the beer and food selections are frequently commended.

Menu renouvellé & très intéressant. Ambiance plus que décontractée avec une touche amicale des serveuses & serveurs juste assez dosée. Bien hâte de découvrir les nouveautés qui sont concoctées au bâtiment!
Bien que le stationnement du resto est limité, il y a le stationnement publique à quelques pas de là

Nous sommes allés dîner chez Shawbridge Microbrasserie & Charcuteries & l'expérience a été mitigée.
La nourriture était bonne, mais rien d'exceptionnel, plutôt dans la moyenne. L'ambiance est très agréable, & l'hôtesse ainsi que quelques autres membres du personnel étaient vraiment gentils & accueillants.
Malheureusement, le service de notre serveuse a vraiment affecté notre expérience. Elle semblait très pressée dès le début. Nous avons dû demander le menu pour enfants à deux reprises, car elle l'oubliait. Il y a aussi eu une erreur dans ma commande, & lorsque je l'ai mentionnée, sa réaction était plutôt froide & désagréable. Il n'y a eu aucune excuse ni effort pour arranger la situation, & son ton était franchement irrespectueux.
Par la suite, elle n'est pas revenue nous voir. Nos verres d'eau sont restés vides, & nous nous sommes sentis un peu ignorés pour le reste du repas.
C'est dommage, car l'endroit a du potentiel, mais après cette expérience, je ne crois pas que nous y retournerons.
Nous somme venu un samedi soir & l'ambiance était super! La nourriture était très bonne, je recommande le burger au poulet Buffalo!

Great service & a cool atmosphere. Beer was delicious & the brisket poutine was probably the best I had while visiting Quebec! Perfect spot to duck into for a break while exploring the city.
Lovely food, big portions, fair prices & great service & atmosphere. They also have a boutique in which they sell their tasty beers & brownies & so much more!
