About

From its construction in the early 19th century to the creation of its first factory in 1900, a lot has happened in Shawbridge. We saw the birth of a village, a school, a church, a bridge. We almost lost everything in a fire, then we rebuilt. In 1909, his name was made official in the civil constitution. Then in 2018, a second Factory opens its doors. Its mission: to put Shawbridge back on the map, one sip at a time… then we're there for that. We make great beer and great food for you, and we even make it for you to take home. A homemade vegetable garden for fresh ingredients all year round, pizzas made from beer dough cooked over a wood fire, dishes to share and tapas to lick your fingers ...

Malheureusement c'est la première fois que je ne fais dire dans un resto qu'il vont manquer de pâte. J'ai voulu prendre le saumon & changer le quinoa par des pâtes & ils n'ont pas voulu disant qu'il manquerait de pâte 🤷?♀? il manquait beaucoup de chose au menu

Pour mon restaurant préféré je n'ai pas été déçu par la nourriture toujours aussi frais & savoureux.
Par contre un peu déçu par le service un peu long on n'a reçu notre bouteille de vin & on n'avait presque finit notre repas mais c'est bien la première fois que ça arrive.
Nous avons mangé à une table banquette comme on voulait mais l'intimité n'est pas au rendez-vous & la musique un peu trop forte.
C'est mon restaurant préféré alors j'y retournerai & le conseil 😉😍
P.S juste une chose pour la salade césar beaucoup trop cher pour la portion 18$ oufff

Sa fait deux heure que j'attend lunch on a surment eu une serveuse étourdie . Il y a pas de parking faite attention où vous stationnez ils donnent des contravention

Disappointed that they replaced the cod for haddock in the''Fish'n'Chips''...Definitely not as tasty ! Also the amount of meat in the''Smoked Meat Sandwich'' was reduced by half! & the prices have increased ! The new added section is more cozy & quieter, which is nice!

Très bonne brasserie avec différentes bières, pour tous les goûts. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'assiette de charcuteries & la poutine au smoked meat. Le personnel est sympathique. J'y retournerai avec plaisi

Decent fast food but expensive for what you're getting, perhaps just because it's a tourisy place. Terrace is noisy because it's in front of a wide avenue. Fries portion pretty small in comparison to many other similar places.
